I really like working for this company. The application process was very easy and fast. I was able to start working immediately. This is an awesome temp to permanent service to work for. They have great opportunities from what I have experienced. I went to the first job which was quality textile at the end of March and got hired permanently through the company. Also I can still get work from Epic on my days off. Great temp agency to work for! The staff and manager April Magee were all very professional! They found perfect jobs for me and I was able to contact April 24/7 if I needed some work and she found me several jobs and the pay was better than any other temp agency I’ve ever worked for. I was paid every night promptly just as promised. This company has saved me! The only employees I saw that didn’t like this company were lazy slackers who didn’t want to do any work. They just wanted to stand around and play on their phones and you’d have to do their jobs for them. But if you are a dependable, hard worker this is definitely the company you will want to work for.

This was the worst Temp service I have ever worked for we were sent on a trip to Atlanta to work concessions the people literally were transported in box trucks with you no windows or AC This was very dangerous transport conditions. we could look past this except the workers in the office lied about people having hotel to stay for the over night work. We were promise a hotel and money for food the company we were working for said we were lied to they never said that. on top of that when you call and reach out to the office all they did was tell you to send a email and never got back in contact with us please do not work for this company was a complete waste of time they do not care about their employees I should have known that this was not a great place when I walked into the office And the office manager was talking to her employees like they were children and dogs it was completely appropriate to disrespect your staff in front of people who are applying it was disgusting run run run! This place only cares about staffing people they are not concerned about the workers safety and well being

We also care when those walk off jobs, think they are owed something more than was paid. At the end of the day, we process tickets brought in and signed by customers. Opportunities do not go away - they go to other people. Those that walk off sights and spend more time writing a review about how I poorly paid them yet they went out EVERY day,... I’m sorry but that does nothing but serve your pompous attitude when if I was was sending you on a reoccurring ticket - I would have been more than happy to discuss payment. Worst place ever to work for April will steal your MONEY and not give you pay stubs after you ask repeatedly then block your number. All she does is lie to her workers. She is supposed to be running a company but cant even control herself. After working for herover a year Im done. She owes me money and Im calling corporate her business needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! asap please dont waste your time go somewhere else

After my first week working at Labor Finders of Raleigh I have to say the guys and girls at Labor Finders Of Raleigh rock! After being threatened, tricked, harassed, manipulated, lied to, used, tricked into taking labor jobs without proper safety equipment and cheated out of my pay by Epic Labor, April MacGee and their client Stay Safe, Labor Finders were a breath of fresh air! Everything wrong with Epic Labor and Stay Safe was right with Labor Finders! Worked everyday this week at Labor Finders Of Raleigh with companies that respected and appreciated my hard work and was paid on time and the right amount and treated like a human being instead of feeling pimped out like Epic treats its clients! None of the constant repeated morning noon and night disrespect and lies by April or harassing emails and texts sent by April and her manipulative staff at Epic Labor on a daily basis either. Avoid Epic Labor like the plague they are!Response to April McGee. You pick up a shovel and earn an honest living instead of lying to people about how much you are paying and then lying about paying them what you admitted you owed us. The job you lied about being a flagging job involved way more that picking up a shovel. It involved using a jack hammer to tear up the roadway without even a dust mask or proper eye protection. Then you thought we were going run a concrete mixer/pumper truck for a measly $9 an hour after lying that you were paying me $11 an hour? All without proper safety equipment! I used to run a pumper/mixer 15 years ago and was paid $15 an hour and outfitted with a complete coverall jumpsuit, and a respirator that completely covered my eyes nose and face because breathing in concrete dust is extremely hazardous and causes permanent damage to your lungs eyes and throat if breathed in. It causes COPD AND CANCER which you would know if you were a legitimate company and not a fly by night joke with no care or respect for your employees health that seized every opportunity to rip them off and lie to them. We are doing just fine now that we left Epic Failure Labor and went to work at Labor Finders on Capital Blvd! We both made $550 this week for 50 hours which was $190 a week more than we ever made working for Epic Failure being ripped off being paid $9 even though you agreed to pay us $10 and $11 an hour and laid us off after we reached 40 hours not letting us get any overtime even though we were coming in at 6 and getting home at 8-9 pm nearly every day. We can work all the hours we want now at Labor Finders being paid the agreed upon amount including overtime and still be home at 6pm...

My husband called to see if they.had any work soon as he answered the man cussed at him and was really rude very unprofessinal then kept blowing up his phone and was mad bc he asked if there was any work

THE WORST TEMP AGENCY EVER !!!! They dont care about satisfying the customers at all. If you get injured at the job, they will fire you and wont try to get an understanding of the customers! VERY BAD ATTITUDES AS WELL! I do not reccommend this company at all. Save Yourself!
