I’ve been working with both Bo and Nick for a few years and enjoy them both so much! They offer customized training that is perfect for my body and strength level! They have flexible scheduling that’s fits with my life as a freelancer.
I must say that Nick at Prime Personal and Performance Training was one of the best instructors I have ever had. He gave me the tools to be able to take home and continue to gain muscle. I was first only coming twice a week, but since I have started to see a big difference in my body I have started to come 5 days a week. One of the best things that he has helped me with is my diet. I didnt realize how much food played a factor in my progress. These guys definitely take Personal Training to a whole new level. If youre not using these guys you are wasting your time and money!
Bo May is a great coach, father and friend. Some could say we are competitors but that didnt stop him from helping me in a great deal getting TSF underway. He continually maintains our friendship by offering his help and checking in.He is knowledgeable in training and has a great work ethic in his own training. If his training style matches your goals I suggest going in and talking to Bo!!
Nick Outlaw has been my fitness trainer and coach for 2 years. In addition to his certifications for sports training and physical fitness, he was always prepared for a fun, realistic doable exercise for me to meet my goals: to manage stress from dynamic demands from my career as a researcher, to enjoy exercise (which most people find painful) to reduce injury in using exercise machines at the gym and to be flexible with variable body exercises.I had back pain from a stressful week which he has physically solved, that my chiropractor and medical physician was not able to solve. He has shown concern to his clients by constantly communicating with them about health, wellness, nutrition and everyday demands during his training sessions. He has a flexible, adaptable and science-based approach to personalized training to meet health, wellness and stress management goals.

I have been training with Nick since 2009. He is awesome, motivating and really knowledgeable. It doesnt matter if youre just starting out or if youre an athlete; Nick tailors the workouts to you and pushes your limits.
