Ive been going here on and off for about a year now. Ive always struggled with motivation to work out but Derrick is fantastic about making sure I stay motivated. Even throughout COVID he made at home work outs and kept me motivated to stay in shape! Great guy and great place to get in shape in a judgement free and supportive facility.

Whenever I tell anyone that I am lifting weights now they always say, Be careful! You could really hurt yourself! I feel like I could not be in better hands. I know Derrick will always make sure I am using correct form and not doing anything that will cause me to injure myself. He literally has my back. I love going to the studio. He has lots of great equipment and I get a well-rounded workout including cardio. Derrick always challenges me but hes no heartless drill instructor. My goals are to be a strong as I can be. With Derricks help I am well on my way.
