Very knowledgeable about shredding & bulking! I never was able to do a pull up until I came to him now I can bust out 10 on my own! I put on 10lbs of muscle and cleared all water weight from mid section! He is a tough trainer but cares about all his clients! Very successful in the business, and can help anyone succeed if you interested.

This is my 1st week training at Jarhead Trainer Quarters with Joseph. I’m seeing progress already. Joseph is nice and will motivate you to be your best. They welcome all fitness levels. I’m really enjoying training.

JTQ with Joseph is a lifesaver. Bringing me out of my head and into the gym with a purpose. Starting a fitness journey that sees no end. Getting the fat off me and adding muscle and I even can say I love to lift.So after years of being the ultimate couch potato and one that stood on the sidelines watching others workout...I am now one one who can run in public and flip a tire near traffic and not care any more because Im getting fitter.All that because Joseph doesnt give up on me and pushes me further than I thought I could ever go. I started training with Joseph at jarhead after seeing the results my husband was getting. I was hesitant at the beginning since I never lifted weights but quickly learned that is the best way to see results! Joseph always pushes us while making sure our form is correct. I highly recommend jarhead for anyone who wants to get stronger and more toned!
