I am doing Online Group Fitness. Everything came in the mail quickly and in good shape and I was actually surprised to receive a decent text book instead of flimsy paperback stuff which as been my past experiences with certs. This is good if you like to keep the books especially. The CPR material is not worth $25 however it could be a smart purchase. By investing the $25 you may not have to pay for a full course somewhere else, just the test only, and it could end up saving you cash in the long run (by not having to purchase more expensive material that covers the same basic stuff). That depends on where you live and how local CPR testers run their certifications/tests. Greg Sims (from the video) actually sends you a welcome e-mail and is a friendly guy. I paid the extra $75 for the test results. The prices are steep, but I feel like so far I have gotten what I paid for and thats what matters the most. Whether or not you go on to become a successful group fitness leader or not, is of course up to you.IFTA covers its bases, and that makes a lot of sense to me. Im happy with what I have received so far, and am planning to do a live cert in the future for Yoga and Pilates.
I am certified through Ifta , it has been one year now .There certification has so much more of a learning experience then others . I am thankful for having chosen Ifta

I have been with IFTA for over 18 years. I love them! I have held certifications with other companies and IFTA fitness is the best in customer service, helping with questions and their knowledge of the fitness industry.
Learned good information to possibly gain the higher certifications.
