Ive been training with Kent for going on three years. Honestly, I wasnt sure Id make it three months, but with Kents patient guidance I have gone from a complete couch potato to ...well, no one will mistake me for Jillian Michaels, but I look and feel so much better! I have actual muscles now and lots more stamina. Kent pushes me out of my comfort zone and keeps me motivated to continue working week after week. Whatever your current fitness level, I am confident that Kent can help you reach your goals. If you believe in yourself, he will definitely believe in you. He has a private fitness center, so if you dont like sweating in public, no worries!
Kent is an amazing trainer, motivator and teacher. Kent motivates me to make better life choices and to push myself physically. He worked with me through a surgery and has gotten me not only back to my presurgery workouts but is pushing me to new levels. His workouts are varied and challenging so that I never get bored. I have been working with Kent for a while now and I love my workouts! I have gained 7 pounds of muscle while trimming my waist to a 32. He will target the muscle groups I need using several different exercises so i never get bored but I ALWAYS see improvement. He is also careful to protect any injuries I might have and- if necessary- suggest a different exercise to still get the most out of the workout. Its amazing what he has done for me. PLUS his dogs are amazing.....
