Didn’t get chance to meet him lol But let me tell you Derrick was amazing as well very informational in he comes with my favorite laffy taffy Banana lol. So Derrick is the Man. I will be back .

Had an excellent experience at Roberts Oxygen. Was serviced by Nick the manager. He was extremely friendly, and personable. He is very knowledgeable about all types of welding and helped me getting my new welder setup with the correct type of gas and filler rods and wire. Will certainly be coming back in the future for all my welding needs.

I love this company I run a small bakery and they have help me out alot. To mail out our products. And their prices are reasonable more so then the other guys. They care about their customers from the time you walk into the store. Keep up the great work guys.

Quick service. Courteous and polite, very competitively priced. They dont care if you are a weekend warrior or burning wire for a living everyday. Hard to find a company that is respectful of everyone that walks through the doors. These guys nail that aspect in everyway. Hate to sound cliche or goofy, but they are like the Chik-fil-a of the local national chain welding shops and suppliers (Ive shopped at them too); they genuinely seem to appreciate your business.Shout out to the store manager Nick; great guy! Looking forward to spending more money with these guys, hopefully get a plasma cutter shortly.

Called Roberts Oxygen after contacting the big 2 in Raleigh - Arc3 and Airgas. Never heard of Roberts Oxygen before but decided to call and price check them against the other two LWSs. Spoke with manager Nick who was extremely helpful and personable. He quoted a much lower price so I decided to visit the store. Nick was just as helpful in person as on the phone. The store was very well stocked and had everything you might need for your welding requirements. While Roberts Oxygen may not be as well known in the Raleigh area, I think it wont be long before they are a main stop to welders around the area. I know they earned my business and have a new loyal customer.9/24/18 - Went back for refill and new bottle of gas. Ryan was outstanding in helping me with my order. Ryan was very helpful and we discussed some issues I was having with a particular project. He offered up some advice and also invited me to call a past Lincoln Electric employee that Roberts Oxygen has on staff to help clients with issues or advice on their welding projects. Again, I cant praise enough how helpful and friendly the R.O. crew is. Best customer experience of any business - whether it be a store, garage, restaurant, or any other LWS.

Terrible customer service for commercial refills. Called 18 hours ago, still no fill, only a call from a driver in Charlotte stating the on-call person in Raleigh has been called both last night and today and is neither answering his phone nor calling me back. Really?? Thats what you call customer service??
