The quality of care here is outstanding! Both doctors are excellent and caring. They never rush through the exam and always have time to answer questions. The office staff are accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have always had wonderful experiences. Because of them my Multiple Sclerosis was found out, and now Im with a wonderful neurologist. They do not shy away from telling it like it is to ensure optimal eye health.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. The doctor was took the time to discuss options and the difference between different contacts. I’m trying mono vision for the first time. I’m glad I finally took a chance after being with the same practice for 20 years.

The receptionist got me an appointment in two days for an eyeglass check. The assistant to the doctor was polite. Dr. Melissa Graves answered all my questions.

Today I took my 87 yr. old Mom to see Dr. D! Outstanding experience from start to finish. Her compassion and patience were so appreciated. Receptionist was stellar and so welcoming and accommodating! Excellent experience from scheduling through billing!

The doctors have been great, and the woman at the front desk is always super friendly and really on top of the ball. The cost is very reasonable for self-pay. Definitely recommend.

I appreciate the offices commitment to customer service.Original: I got a vision prescription here and bought glasses from Costco in February 2018. No issues, 5 stars.My glasses broke a few weeks ago and when I tried to get new glasses I found out the prescription is only good for 1 year! I called to ask about an extension or why the expiration date was so short. Ann, the receptionist, was rude and scoffed at my question. She told me one year was the recommendation of the NC optometry board. So I looked it up, turns out the NC Optometric Society recommendation is to have your eyes tested every two years for a healthy adult (me). So I called her back to clarify and asked if I could get an extension. Ann was more rude this time, ignoring that the information she gave was wrong and said I couldn’t speak to the doctor over the phone or in person unless I paid $85 out of pocket for an eye exam... guess I know what question to ask of my future optometrist.

Dr. Andrew and Melissa Graves are awesome!! They do a great job of explaining the importance of each component of the eye exam and its visible (pun intended) that they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this group of eye doctors for your visual and eye health needs.

Front desk was extremely friendly and nice, the optometrist was... not; she’s rude.This was my first time getting an eye exam, she didn’t explain the procedure or walk me through what’s going to happen. Of course I was nervous and would stutter... id asked her to repeat the question but instead of just kindly repeat it, she’d insert unnecessary comment and was just .. mean. I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family.Why 2 stars? cause front desk and she got the job done I guess.

As soon as we walked in the receptionist showed a disgusting attitude and we felt extremely unwelcome. We walked in ONE minute late and she said she had to reschedule us for a different date. She responded to us in a very rude way. The customer service is very poor and needs to be worked on. This is supposed to be a professional environment. It was a very upsetting experience.
