Intellichoice is such a great place to work at! I worked there for about 2 years and I did not have any problems while working there. The staff worked so well with my schedule and they were very flexible and friendly. The patients I had were great. You also have the option to choose who you will be working with. I unfortunately had to leave because I moved but if I ever return I would love to work there again !

If I could give ZERO stars I would! We used this company for almost a year until we switched companies. The day our loved one was brought home there were so many nurses there helping get everything situated along with the DON Melissa who was doing her paper work. THE VERY NEXT DAY........no one showed up! We were left with no nurses no way to know what meds to give or anything! We called and they couldnt find the nurse that was sent out to the house...or send another one out there....we reached out to the DON who told us Im only a phone all away I will come help out she didnt answer nor call back until a few days later. They do not have the adequate amount of staffing and their nurses show up whenever they want too....never on time. I myself WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. Look at all the reviews that were posted all of a sudden! They are all employees of this company! What a coincidence! Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this company!

Intellichoice has been very helpful with providing us with competent staffing in a timely manner. The nurse assigned to us was always on time and worked well with our child. The staff overall made us feel like a part of their family by calling and checking in periodically as well as calling when there were weather alerts in the area; making sure we had everything that we needed to be safe.

I’m an LPN I got hired in February this year I love it! I love my patient and their family. Lauren and Luis in the office gets back to me really quick whether it’s a question. I make my own schedule and Lauren is so helpful with that.

I am currently an LPN (license practical nurse) with Intellichoice and absolutely love it. The staff it always very supportive and answer any questions or concerns that I may have in a timely manner. Every staff member is always friendly and helpful when they answer the phone or email. It is always “how can I help you, and please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you and have a great day.” Both clinal supervisors are fantastic as well and always answer my questions and help when needed. There is always someone on call 24/7. I make my own schedule and love the flexibility I have with by making my schedule. I absolutely love the families and patients I work with. It nice to be able to choose where you work. This is by far the best company I have work for in my years of working in the medical field.

Ive worked per diem for the company for a few years now, and Ive had a good experience. The office staff and managers are involved and responsive. All of the clients Ive encountered have been generally pleased with the nursing services they receive. Id recommend them both as an employer and as a home care provider.

When we moved to Raleigh, 1.5 years ago, we reached out to Intelichoice for our PDN needs.This agency strikes a perfect balance between respecting the nurses AND families which we had not experienced with previous agencies. Treating their employees well seems to have a direct impact on how well our son is cared for. We are grateful for all the nurses on our case and it’s wonderful being fully staffed with one agency. They treated a very good friend of mines father very unprofessional. They left him with no care and no treatments. 15 days out of a 30 day month. Look at all the reviews that have recently popped up. Wow it’s the staff that work there. You should all be ashamed to treat a human life like this.

Horrible experience. If your loved one needs nursing care, please do not use this company. They do not have the staff to promise to cover anything they say. They left us without coverage for weeks at a time. I will never recommend to anyone that they use this nursing company.
