Kight Medical was compassionate and helpful during a difficult time. My mother needed a hospital bed and many other supplies including Oxygen. They worked through the hospital and had us set up so quickly. The service techs were always on the spot helpful and billing was an easy process. Thank You for your help.

Yea… I’m really not sure about this business. Seriously, buyers beware with this company! If there’s a billing issue, trying to communicate with this company is the worse---and speaking with a manager appears impossible. The manager there ONLY speaks with customers with concerns through his or her representatives---NEVER with you directly. Their records are so badly kept; it takes days to weeks to “get back to you” with even simple billing inquires. I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau today to get assistance resolving my issue as no matter what I do to try to “pay” them for their services no one with any authority will speak with me. They just keep sending bills and have recently brought a collections agency to collect on a bill I’ve been trying to pay! To be clear… I’m trying to pay their bill (exactly what I owe). I keep getting blown off and now just recently sent to collections. Really??? How does that even happen?

This company is incredibly poorly run. I have an ongoing issue with a claim on service they provided. I was asked to place a $400 deposit against equipment lent to my family and was informed that this deposit would be returned when the equipment was returned. This has not been the case.The company has not returned the deposit for 2 months, and refuses to do so--despite promising to run a return on the money, which they claim takes 60 days. As it is a family run operation, this simply cannot be true.When working with their customer service, no action is ever taken to resolve the outstanding issue, nor any concern for the harm they are causing me and my family. They continue to hold onto my $400 without even issuing an invoice, without contacting the insurer, and without any agreement that would indicate they have the right to retain the $400.The company continues to lie and blame others for their own incompetence. If you can find an alternative provider of equipment, I would highly recommend doing so. If you are a medical provider using this service, you place your patients in harms way.

They dont know what theyre doing! Delivery man put down the wrong phone # as well as writing insurance policy # when he dropped the chair off at the SNF. Then it took them 4 months to send a bill which was over $3000. They are not professional nor organized what so ever. Called them to discuss Bill, they never could get it straight. Now Im finding out that they are out-of-network for my mothers insurance plan. To late now to appeal and to change services since my Mom passed away in March!!!!! If they had a (0) rating, that would be the one I would give them. I wish they were listed under the BBB!!!

My husband (Thomas Ng) stayed at PruittHealth Carolina Point for a few months and we used our own wheelchair. Two days before we leave we told them we dont need a wheel chair but somehow they brought a new wheel chair to us and we refused to accept it. A few months later we got a bill from Kights Medical of Raleigh for $15.88 for wheel chair rental and a $15 late fee. My son called Kights Medical to tell them that was a mistake and to call PruittHealth Carolina Point because we never accepted the wheelchair. They refused to work with him and insist the bill was valid. He tried to call PruittHealth Carolina Point many times to cancel the bill but no one there ever got back to him. So my son payed the $15.88 online after making sure that that would be the end of it from Kights Medical. A few months later Kights Medical send another bill for $10.07 and no explaination. My son called Kights Medical and they said it might be for Wheelchair Rear Anti-Tip device but shes not sure. I said why wasnt it on the original invoice when he asked them was that all and they cant explain it. Between the unexplained bills from Kights Medical and the impossible to reach PruittHealth Carolina Point billing department for the last year, I would not recommend you have anything to do with either of the companies. My next step is going to social service and BBB.

I would NEVER have agreed to have this company provide my mothers wheelchair had I known the TERRIBLE customer service, billing practices, and the inability to truthfully answer a question that has been shown to me over the last 13 months !!! If you are in need of any type of medical equipment and would like professional service DO NOT use Kights Medical. In my opinion ANY other company can do better. I would not have given them any stars, but you must pick at least one star to post a review.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Total rip off. Tried to return unsued item ordered by hospital PT department. Store is just a bank of telephones. They wanted a restock fee of $30.00. They charged $130 for item I could have gotten off Amazon for less than $50.00. Going to report to Attorney General as well as my insurance company and make sure hospital PT knows as well.

I must to say Kights Company Corp is terrible company. Friendless and rude to customer at least me. I requested give me the details of my bills. But they did not. They just give you a total bill and they can not say why. They did not get money from my insurance. After 12 month, they bill me unexpland bill. I can not understand and I need the explanation of the bill. The customer service from the Kights give me totally different explanation with that after we argue the bill several times.Last Nov. My doctor told me we did not cooperate with this Company. Lots of patients in Duke University Hospital complaint this company give the unreasonable bill. They like robbery.By the way, we rented the DME from Kights, I ordered it in morning. They delivered it to at 6:00 pm. But it counts one day. I request it pick up about 4:00 pm friday. They said they will pick up next Monday (EARLIER in the morning). Although they said you was not billed for weekend, Finally I got the bill they added 3 days for the weekend.DO NOT USE THIS KIGHTS, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR LIFE.

If I could give less than 1 star. Twice they messed up billing to insurance and tried to make me pay. I had to get them and insurance company on a conference call to get it straight. Also they charge 225.00 for item you can get on line for 60.00.
