Cindy is a wonderful massage therapist as well as a wonderful person. I was not seeing her regularly mostly because I only thought about getting a massage when I was in bad shape and she was always booked for a couple of weeks in advance. I got in the habit of booking for 3-4weeks out after an appt and my muscles are night and day after only four appts, each one month apart. She pays attention to your needs and truly wants to help her clients. She has made me aware of which muscles I need to relax so I can work on them inbetween sessions and pain in my neck/shoulders are much improved and headaches are less frequent. I have done nothing else to obtain these results, diet and excercise remained the same, however stress unfortunately increased so basically Cindy is a miracle worker. Thank you for everything, Cindy!
