I am very impressed with Medi Home Health. My grandma was in desperate need of home health care, and Medi Home health succeeded in getting her strong again. The PT, OT and nurses involved in her recovery were absolutely amazing! They were kind, always on time and were successful in her healing process. I highly recommend!

I would not suggest using this company. As a care manager we were referred to this company to treat a resident who had a wound. We were told that a nurse would come the next day; no nurse. We called concerned about the residents wound and was told (a week later) that the referral was received but they needed additional information. That means over a week has passed and no one from this company reached out to inform anyone that additional information was needed to treat the resident. This is not professional nor does it show that this company cares about the well being/care of clients referred to them. I would think twice/three times/or more before using this company. The health and well being of others is not what this company has shown is an importance to them. Research someone else.

Man, if I could give this place 0 stars I would, 100%. This place is terrible for home health. First, the nurse couldnt manage to show up when she was supposed to or said she would.The PT Renee is the rudest, most abrasive caregiver I have ever met- and I work in healthcare. She is combative and decides she knows whats best above any family members. She also tried to sell items to my family and I every single time she showed up. We joked that she was working for the medical supply company on the side. Finally, she reported some pretty serious (but false) symptoms to our family causing unnecessary worry.Matt (OT) was great according to other family members but I never met him.

Was hired as a nurse to work there. Did mot like the company. They would lie to do anything to get you there and then mistreat you. The managers Sonya, Christie and the administrator Muriel was not friendly after I got there. As I attempted to learn the job they complained about me not kissing other employees butts and I really did not want to give this a 1 star at all but I did. They had you driving all over the place to train and treated you like a child on the office and stated that you could not handle emergency phone calls. Luckily after the 1st day, I went to interview with another job and did a 2nd interview this past Monday and I start my new job today. The administrator Muriel was very cold and will tell you anything to get you on the door. They send their nurses all over everywhere. It was awful. I am so glad they pushed me out bc I was not going to come back next week anyway. Employees are stressed out abd complained about how uncaring the company is. Ashley aka Sonya and Muriel were a trip. So home health nurses please do not go to Medi Home Health of Raleigh. The Occupatiobal Therapists and every discipline complained. Terrible, terrible training where they just want to do computer training. Stay away from this awful company.
