My wife and I were looking for help with my Mother when she became ill and could no longer do day to day activities for herself without help. Caring Senior Service helped my family by making sure someone was there with her when we had to go to work and attend our childrens activities. Without their assistance we would not have been able to provide the necessary care for her. Thank you.

We used Caring Senior Service of Raleigh for care needed for both of my parents, my father for 6 months and my mother for almost 3 years. The care workers were always there for them, we never had gap in care coverage, and they all were, well… caring! It was difficult for them at first to have other people in their home but they opened up when they realized that there are people who do really care. The coordination with the office staff leadership and caring team was excellent and worked as one. Our need for care is now sadly over, and we will miss the team!

The folks of Caring Senior Service were caretakers for my mother from about December 2015 until she passed away in October 2016. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and responsible care that they provided. They were very flexible when the schedule had to suddenly change when my mother, who was a dialysis patient, needed to cancel or have an alternative schedule due to her doctors appointments. Thank you to Danny, the owner, who takes personal interest in each patient and each of the staff members who worked to provide my mothers care.

I cannot say enough good things about Danny, Leslie and all the caregivers at Caring Senior Service. Our brother recently passed after struggling with brain cancer. As his needs changed, Danny and company changed with him. They had a challenging situation with our family being spread across the country and different folks coming in and out. They handled it with patience and compassion. The caregivers as well as Danny and Leslie themselves have been like family themselves for these past 6 months. I would trust them to care for anyone that I loved! Thank you all!

When Mrs. O broke her leg in 2012, she needed full-time (24 hr) help after an extended stay in rehab. Caring Senior Service (CSS) stepped in to assist Mrs. O in her daily activities and took over all the household duties as well (cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, etc.) Then, as Mr. O began to decline, CSS readily took on that challenge too, providing him the same high level of care that Mrs. O enjoyed. CSS always focused on improving Mr. & Mrs. Os overall well-being. For example, they totally restructured the O’s diets to provide each of them three nutritious home-cooked meals every day. I have been greatly impressed with the kindness and professionalism CSS has shown. They coordinated with me every step of the way in the care-giving process, making sure I made all key decisions. I highly recommend Caring Senior Service to anyone who needs assistance, whether it’s a part-time need or 24/7. They really do care.
