My advice do not consider this place. They will answer to get your Money and intake but the minute the aids dont show there is no communication. I have had to leave my job, because nurses wont show up, Dont call and forcing me to leave my job. For 3 weeks Ive waited for this company and my CAP Case worker to fulfill the hours contracted. This company is supposed to help caregivers and there loved ones. My first day trying to go back to work and no aid showed up. This company is horrible.

This is probably one of the worst healthcare businesses i know of. I applied to this place last November got my tb test done and then after that they were waiting for my background after that i gave up because they never call you they want you to call them. Not good when hiring people. Keep people informed then i applied again and told me to call them for status update. I work fulltime so i dont have time to call.

Out of 36 hours of service we were supposed to receive we only received 7 hours. I called both numbers I was given when caregivers did not show up and nobody answered the phone. They talk a wonderful story but do not follow up with their actions. We hired another agency which is providing the care it promised.

The staff is very professional, and kind. I definitely recommend reaching out to them!
