James walked me through all the plans they offered. I was able to get the plan that suited me at the time. I later came back and added extra without any problems. Weeks agency will respond within an hour of leaving a message. I would highly recommend doing business with these guys.

Dont trust Jamie to change your plan without being present. He switched my traditional insurance to a health discount plan under the guise of being cheaper. I found out when I went to have surgery and ended up with a huge bill. He also added some of the high commission products that I didnt approve to pad his pockets. Luckily Tony Penny got involved and he got the company to refund the unauthorized charges. Use the market place, it is so much better.***My review has nothing to do with my previous employment. It has to do with the near $2000 that was refunded to me by your company for unapproved policy changes.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Be careful with what you’re signing up for. What they tell you is true but misleading, and don’t expect any bloodwork/injections/tests/specialists to be covered. You’ll still get a bill even in network. There was a lot of lying by omission about negative aspects of the plan before I signed up.
