My two boys are enjoying the athletic training here. The coaches really push them and Ive seen improvement in their strength and agility.
My experience at The Strength Feed has been nothing but superior. The coaches are well trained in their field and provide the optimal training experience. Awesome setup at this facility. Joe allowed me to come in and hang out to check out the space. This place has everything an athlete could ask for. From turf to tires and plenty of specialty bars for lifters. I cant wait to visit this spot again.

Love this gym! All the trainers are very knowledgeable at what they are doing. They have built a family inside of those four walls. Always practicing what they preach. They take care of the people that go there. If you are hurt they make a new plan to help you get over it. They care about each person and that’s what matters the most! I would recommend this gym to everyone 10x over!
Great gym! There’s a large variety of equipment that all work, there’s plenty of open space, and it isn’t crowded. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. I had one on the best workouts I’ve had in a long time!
To put it simply The Strength Feed is awesome. Whether youre a beginner or a more seasoned athlete, theres always more to learn. Joe and JV are both phenomenal at teaching new skills and pushing you past your limits to truly see results. Do not waste your time or money getting a personal trainer at a big box gym. The Strength Feed offers a variety of programming that is specific to your goals. These are most knowledgable and involved coaches youll find in the area. There is a reason Joes clients are so strong-- he takes care in customizing programs to meet their goals and is an world-class teacher.Lifting is all about details. Best strength training in Raleigh by far! The coaches at Strength Feed are great about teaching proper lifting techniques and working specifically with each member to maximize their gains. They care about the members and treat everyone like family. If you’re looking for a great place to work out and feel like part of a community this is it!
Great coaches and atmosphere. Coach Graham is the best weightlifting coach in the area by far, and easily has the most weightlifting experience out of any coach in the triangle. If you are in the Raleigh area and want to get in great shape, or become a better athlete you need to visit The Strength Feed.

If youre looking for a fitness community, this is it! Ive been working with the owner for almost 5 years now and Im so excited that hes finally opened his own gym. When I first started strength training, I could barely squat the bar. Through Joseph Pearsons high-quality instruction and his passion for teaching others, I can now squat more than one and a half times my body weight. And thats only one example! Ive built muscle and slashed fat, all while learning and getting stronger every day. The Strength Feed is a true community and I love being a part of it! This is where you want to be.
