Good, clean gym. But they dont have 35 pound plates, so be prepared for that. Ive been using a 25 and a 10, but you could just skip right on over the 35s and go straight to the 45s. Either way, 4 stars until I see some 35 pound plates.

I go in to get a membership and Im told I cant become a member if I dont wear a mask. I explained that there are exemptions in the executive order for people with physical limitations and for certain facilities and they ignore me. I go in tonight to try to talk to the owner who just happened to leave early, and the manager repeats the same story, even though I personally witnessed three people in the gym not wearing masks over their mouths and nose. I guess Hypocrites dont need the business.

The owners are incredible people who really care about the health and wellness of their clients. The place is always well kept, clean and sanitized. I ABSOLUTELY love this Gym!

I changed my review because this location is a great place and had caring staff. I unfortunately had some personal issues while I was using this gym. Otherwise it is a good location with all new equipment. I like Anytime Fitness and would use this gym again.

This gym is one of the best in Raleigh! Not sure about the comment regarding weights not being racked; as Joe (Owner) is always on the floor and will let someone know if they are not responsible members.If your looking to join a gym that is clean, organized and has a owner who cares....Anytime Fitness Raleigh is your place!

This gym is in a great location for me since I live near by. Joe and Peter are tops when encouraging and helping you get the best work out for your fitness plan. I feel comfortable there since Im new at working out.

Joe is always upgrading the equipment and space. Great staff and membership. Clean and organized. I highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, everyone that greeted me was so friendly! I signed up for a membership with the owner, Doug and he was so kind and motivating. He was a wealth of knowledge. The gym is really clean and I actually look forward to going.While you will pay a little more than Planet Fitness, the people youll meet, the cleanliness of the gym and the awesome equipment are well worth it.I recommend everyone stop by and meet Doug. You too will want to join this great gym!

I went here as a guest recently and I loved it. It wasn’t too crowded and I had plenty of room to do different exercises (my usual gym doesn’t so this was a huge deal for me). It’s good for people who are at any level of fitness, whether you’re just starting out or if you’re a body builder. The only thing I wish they had more of would be rollers! They only had two and they were just too soft for me.

I have been going to this gym for a little over a year now. Hands down the cleanest gym around. It is the perfect size where you do not have to wait to use the equipment, but you get very personalized service. Doug, Ian, Joe, Alex and Amanda have played an enormous roll in my fitness. The classes are amazing (and free), and everyone really wants to help you hit your goals. It is more of a friends and family feeling. If you are looking at a gym, I would just suggest you stop in and talk to Doug, he will treat you right.

The absolute best gym in Raleigh. I love the fact that it isnt huge and commercialized so there are always machines available. Everyone is respectful. The owner, Doug, is really amazing. Take a tour, I promise you wont regret it.

Awesome gym! This Colin character must be confused with another location. Im in Raleigh on business and went to this location last night. Very clean and great equipment! Definitely the nicest Anytime Ive been to, and you better believe Ill be there every time Im in town.

Do not EVER use this gym unless you never want to cancel, and love thieves who steal your money even when you: 1. Tried to cancel over 3 times.2.No longer even live in the area.3. Are past your one year contract.Horrible customer service. Meh gym to begin with. Dont waste your time. Even planet fitness is better than this sad excuse for a gym.

I became a member recently and have been nothing but pleased with this gym. Its kept clean and has everything you could need for a great workout! Always see the owner being friendly with everyone who comes in.

Great gym, I cancelled my membership in Febuary & was charged March. Its not big deal, but when I try to call no one ever answers the phone. Again its a great gym & the owner is nice, thats my only complaint.

Today, I went in to use my 7 day free trial since Im shopping around for a gym. I was stopped abruptly by a female staff member, who I greeted with a smile and then I began to demonstrate my reason for attending a by showing her my trial pass. She then asked for my Raleigh ID. I stated I left in the car due me not wanting to bring my belongings into the gym. I am a new customer who is trying to get a feel of the gym. Once I realized that she was not giving up, I began to turn to go to my car to the ID once this lady saw my gesture she then stated, its only a 1 day trial. I then asked, well why does it say 7 day trial? Her reply, its up to the owners. I replied, Ummm ok. In my had, i was thinking discriminate much? Since its been advertised as a 7 day trial. With this additional lack of sales, it was evident they did not want my business and they didnt deserve it. With that revelation, I proceed to walk out and to never return or recommend. Bad sales and bad customer service. Bad gym.

I give this immaculate gym a 5 star. The education of their Trainers are of the highest degree in physical fitness, nutrition and mental health which is also offered in their virtual Weight Loss Secret program.

What a great gym, clean and great customer service. I really enjoy my workouts at this anytime fitness location its a wonderful place to start a healthy lifestyle and staff help me stay motivated and informed.

Weights are never reracked. Equipment is sub par. I tried to cancel my membership which has less than half a year left and was told that it would cost me $200 even though when I signed up I was told that if I canceled my membership I would be charged half off what was left on the account. When I tried to figure this out with the manager he proceeded to get frustrated and was quite rude and unprofessional. This gym is a joke, and I would not suggest it.

Hands-down the best Anytime Fitness Ive been too! Ive tried two other gyms before, but this location has the best equipment and atmosphere. Im not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. The owner uis the nicest guy. He always greets you when you come in, asks how youre doing, and lets you know hes here if you need anything. Reading the reviews makes me think that youre trying to ruin this business because of competition. Theres enough clientele for everyone, so stop being petty.This facility has every piece of equipment that you could possibly need in order to complete a fully productive workout. I work at a physical therapy office, trust me :)

Owner makes excuses and acts like he doesnt need anyones money, when he needs every penny and can never get enough. He blows off members and their suggestions too. Retro fitness on glenwood is the place to be. Staff wont blow you off there. Retro has the most current and up-to-date hammer strength and top of the line cardio machines, plus 3 or 4 locations in the triangle. Anytime fitness is like a 24 hour mcdonalds playspace. Haha. Dont let their 24 hr drive thru trick u, if ur a real athlete, their machines are like the toys that your kids play with.... they break daily.. AT BEST.
