All staff and Dr. J were excellent. We switched to this practice after 3 previous colonoscopies. Highly recommend considering.

This is one of the worst run medical practices I have ever been to as a patient. First of all their equipment was not working for quite a while and once I was scheduled for a capsule endoscopy and wasn’t given proper instructions I showed up (after a two day prep) and the equipment still wasn’t working. After begging to go to another location, I was sent to the Cary office for the procedure. The next day theytold me that I had to go get an X-ray because they didn’t know if I had passed the capsule….the whole procedure was useless and no pictures of the intestines were gotten. This practice is poorly run and communication between the doctors, technicians/nurses, schedulers and patients is non existent. I recommend finding another practice.

I had a colonoscopy, my first, and had a very good experience. However, now my son is going to this practice for a much more critical condition and we could not be happier with the way we have been treated and how the staff ‘bends over backwards’ to make this difficult experience as good as it can be. I highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

My wife and I have had multiple procedures with Doctor Hutzenbuhler over the years. I trust her. Things have always gone smoothly. She answers all of my questions. Thanks.

From the time I entered the building at RMG Gastroenterology everyone I encountered was so kind, compassionate, caring and helpful. From registration, to pre procedure, procedure and post procedure everyone was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend this practice and cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ronald Schwarz and his staff. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. Sincerely thank you!

Im a patient of Dr. Whitt. Him and his staff are so amazing, friendly and professional. They make sure you understand everything about your procedure and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They take great care of you. I would recommend them for anyone in need of this type of medical care.

Had a Colonoscopy this morning done by Dr Raja Vadlamudi and I would highly recommend him and the staff that assisted him. Bedside manor is excellent, very professional and experienced MD.

Im not sure if holding a patient down during procedure is best for the patient. I have bruises, swelling and nightmares. I think the procedure should have been stopped. I was sedated but apparently I was moving and they had to bring in staff to help hold me down . I will never go to them again. They didnt even clean up my legs where the skin was all scraped up .

Had a colonoscopy this AM with Dr. Michael Battaglino. Since I had no driver available I couldnt have anesthesia. The procedure went very smooth and was successful. I have used this Dr. now for many years and I feel very comfortable to recommend him and his very professional staff

Dr. Kerry Whitt and staff were excellent. Dr. Whitt took the time to talk with me and his team was equally nice and answered my question. Had us show up over an hour before the appointment and was told we needed to be there early to put my wife to sleep before hand. Why make people show up so early if you are overbooked and make everyone sit in the waiting room pissed off. The respectful thing to do is tell people the right expectation.

I came early, Because I always do! From the front desk, Nurse Gloria, before the procedure, Nurse Susan, Anesthetist Christine, Doctor Battaglino and Kia( who wheeled me to my car) They All give me a first Class treatment I would recommend Wake Endoscopy Center(RMG) to everyone!

I am having the worst experience ever with their billing department. They made a mistake on my insurance information and billed me with entire care cost. Then, I try to reach them every day, but nobody picks their phone and no one responds to your message. Its been a week and I left a message to their message box including their billing department director and office adminitrators, I havent received any call yet.

Prep: Written instructions were clear, precise, and informative. I had a question about the prep, made a phone call and got a quick, informed answer.Arrival: Dr. Schwarz and his team was not only efficient but very caring. They sensed my nervousness and made every effort to reassure and comfort me. I wish all my healthcare providers were like them!Post: Colonoscopy went smoothly. Dr. Schwarz took time to explain what was done and gave post care instruction. Thank you to all at RMG Gastro!

Had a colonoscopy done there over 2 months ago. Once we arrived at the office, they required a $350 deposit in case the insurance company didnt cover everything . After the prep for this procedure, did not want to take the time to call the insurance company to find out if this was needed. Find out through my insurance company that everything was covered and the office was paid. Called to find out about the getting reimbursed and low and behold, have a $330 dollar credit (minus the $20 co-pay). they never reimbursed me. Was transferred to the billing dept. twice and no one answered so I had to leave a message and they will call back WITHIN 48 hours. Meanwhile, this charge has sat on my credit card. They just lost 2 patients, myself and my wife.
