They sent an electrician the very next day. The electrician Darwin checked the outlet very minutely and suggested to replace it. After replacing the outlet, he also showed me what precautions to be taken in the future to avoid such accidents. I am amazed at his spectacular work and knowledge. Last week we had a major issue with the main breaker of our house, due to which our electricity was completely out and we were in a miserable condition. We had several lightbulbs go out in a short amount of time and our refrigerator stopped working. We thought we had a major electrical issue on our hand. The electrician who had come over to my place to resolve the issue was an expert. He had a wide knowledge of electrical things and able to diagnose the problem in no time. He was punctual and was courteous to me and my sister. The problem with my outlet was due to moisture. The electrician replaced the electrical outlet and put a cover on it so that it can be saved from the water. The instant idea, which he gave about covering the outlet to prevent it from further damage, speaks about its skills.

Hands down not just some of the most effective electricians, however best staff that I’ve hired. The full team was quick, punctual, elaborate orientated and even cleaned up. I had them install ceiling fans, closet lights, and fix some unhealthy trade. I was recently looking for an electrician in Raleigh and I came across Electric All PRO. I availed their FREE Electrical Inspection, and it was quite good. I was happy to see that they heard the problems that I had, and they diligently did their work and asked the right questions. Their service satisfied me as they checked everything and gave me a detailed report about the problems that I might face and about the things that I should get fixed. I would recommend their services, and I will contact them the next time when I have any work related to electrical works.

We had a difficulty with some outlets in our home having no power and had done some minor trouble shooting before we called Electric All Pro, especially since it was during the COVID 19 stay at home order time. When we called in we were answered by one of the most professional office personnel that I have ever had, Dominique was amazingly proficient in gathering the information needed, making sure to be diligent with spelling and getting all the details correct. She set up an appointment for the same day. We later got a call from Hugo who was excellent in that he ran some troubleshooting with us over the phone to help us solve out difficulty without even a visit in person. He offered several tips about our home, (a newer home that we aren’t as familiar with) and answered all our concerns. He was also kind enough to give us estimates on some future plans that we have for some replacements on fixtures and advice on how to save money on that as well. We are incredibly impressed with the team that we had contact with, and although we never had anyone in the home yet, we have been given amazing help! Hugo came out to install a ring doorbell for me. He was able to make it out the day after I called. I did not have a doorbell previously so he had to run the wire to where we planned on mounting the ring doorbell. Going into it we expected to have to cut some wall open which would have required me to repaint the whole room. Hugo spent an extra hour at my house running a wire without me asking just to avoid cutting the wall open. He was able to make it work which saved me time and money since I did not have to patch a hole or repaint. I would definitely use again!Great service! Would highly recommend!

I believe the engineers name is Omar but my cell has bad reception... I emailed him explaining what I need and he came by for a free estimate same day! He had my ceiling fan fixture as well as a small fixture installed in no time that Friday. He is very clean, courteous and friendly with pets!! We bought a new ceiling fan to install in our bedroom, and therefore, we were looking for an electrician in garner.
