I have tried over the past several days to contact this office to get information about becoming a new patient. One voicemail was returned, but since then I have left others and there has been no response. I even went to the Six Forks location and there was no one in the office with no sign with their hours posted. Not the best first experience for someone wanting to become a new patient.UPDATEI received an email from Dr Suji today who said she is NOT accepting new patients, after she left me a voicemail on 12/4/2020 stating that she IS accepting new patients.I suggested to her that if she is not accepting new patients at this time to update their website and post a notice on their office door, so people like me who are looking for a new doctor would not mistakenly think that the practice is accepting new patients. I also told her to let me know if she is accepting new patients anytime in the near future, because I am desperately looking for a new Primary Care Physician.UPDATEChanged rating from 1 star to 3 stars after talking to Dr. Suji, who explained her office its closed due to her treating COVID-19 patients at UNC. She is great Doctor. She always gives enough time to patient and try to prescribe generic medicine which saves lot of money. I am going to see her again when needed. Her diagnoses are also very good and treat like her friend. I wish her all the best.

Absolutely love Dr Suji! Caring, compassionate, professional service. I have never experienced this type of “direct” medical service before. It is comforting to know that when I do have a medical concern, I can get in touch with her and not have to go through a chain of people to remedy my situation. She is accessible, attentive and an amazing asset to the medical community!

My wife and I love Dr. Suji. She saw us the same day we contacted her office for the first time after a health scare. She spent a couple of hours going over our medical history and needs herself and has been readily available via email and cellphone as part of the monthly subscription.Her transparent and upfront pricing, and negotiated rates with labs and radiologists make it so that medical costs arent a mystery, which had in the past been a big source of stress whenever we needed to see a doctor.Thank you so much!!

I was a patient of Dr. Sujis primary care clinic. She is awesome! Shes very professional and caring and most importantly, a knowledgeable and competent physician. She went above and beyond for me while I was her patient and I cant recommend her enough.

Healthcare would be best served if you could clone Dr. Suji. Her experience and credentials as a doctor are impressive. However, her bed side manner and compassion is far more important. She is a great human being and relates on a personable level. As long as she chooses to be in practice my wife and I will continue to remain her patients.

My husband and I have been with Dr. Suji (Park-Idler) for a little over a year. She has been much more than a regular primary care doctor, helping us with everything from a life threatening health crisis to flu and B12 shots. Every time we have contacted her (phone, text or email), she has replied within a couple minutes. Her practical approach to medicine combined with her compassion, candor and sense of humor have allowed both of us to feel secure with our health care. Her office manager, Becky, is also always available, helpful and cheerful. She’ll often send a conformation email while we’re still on the phone! These two make an awesome team! ✅😁👏

THE BEST DR IVE EVER HAD!!! Dr. Suji makes her patients a priority. Its not about how much time she has to spend with each patient or what insurance you have....matter of fact, she doesnt bill insurance and there is no set appointment interval time. She does medicine the way old school medicine was performed, where the patient is the only thing that matters. Dr. Suji is so personable in her interactions, and very knowledgeable in her practice. I love the convenience and ease of having her as my personal physician, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary physician who truly knows and cares about each individual patient.

Dr. Suji is a wonderful doctor. At my first visit, I had a physical and felt it was the most comprehensive exam Id had in a long time. Dr. Suji is my favorite doctor ever! She takesthe time to listen, reply to my texts, and find the root cause of things. She has completely cleared up my adult hormonal acne, and balanced my thyroid better than my Endocronologist did! She is caring and attentive, I am so happy I found her!!!

My experience with Dr. Suji (and Becky!) so far has been more than great. I called to see if she was accepting new patients and spoke with Becky. I was able to be seen on the same day as the phone call. I was welcomed warmly into the (beautiful) office and did some basic intake paperwork with Becky. She was kind and very personable. She made sure to explain everything to me upfront so that there were no hidden surprises. After this, I met with Dr. Suji. She was kind, and very, very understanding. She did not make me feel embarrassed and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with her. Overall, an 11/10 experience and I feel that Dr. Suji truly does care for you and is focused on providing exceptional and quality care. I highly recommend OneMD Direct.

I am in love with primary direct care style of health care! I have so much peace knowing that I can see my doctor and she actually has time to help me. Dr. Suji follows through with what she says she is going to do, she cares, is easy to talk to and spends time with her patients. Shes also a mom so she understands the demands of having a family. Becky is super friendly (front desk) and I finally feel like a doctor team on my side. I was starting to get anxiety about going to visit any doctor until I found this practice. I know most people may use Dr. Suji as a healthcare doctor, but I see her for my quarterly Botox. From day one she has always listened to my concerns and administered my Botox to perfection. Not only is she wonderful at her job, but her bedside manner is second to none. She is a great listener, kind, and truly cares about her patients. I have friends and family that see her now and they all sing her praises, as well. Last but definitely not least, her receptionist Becky is wonderful. She is prompt and wonderful at her job. The two of them go over and beyond for every person that walks through the door. Very thankful for both of them.
