Nice little park at a Community Center. Modern playground equipment. They had an artist hand paint an amazing koi fish pond mural on the sidewalk walkway headed from the parking lot up to the playground. SO COOL!!! 👍👍

As you enter first you see a building as you go down they have park area down the stairs. Its a clean park for kids, they have different structure for older kids compare to other local parks which are good for physical strength. Would love to visit again and on entrance there is a board where you can see which events are taking place in current month.

Nice out of the way park. Pretty small but good playground for small children. The bottom of the playground is rubberized so its accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. A large shelter has 4 picnic tables and 2 charcoal grills that can be reserved for $24 (at time of writing). One drawback, the playground has absolutely no shade.

I didnt actually visit this park. But considering the sketchy area that its in (Ive worked on a couple houses up on Skycrest/Dogwood), I highly doubt that this park is NICE, or much to write home about...

We came to this park when no one was here and had a fabulous time. Its a small park, and good for toddlers and kids under ten years old. The community center is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Im looking forward to returning and having a birthday party or two.

Park was a wonderful surprise! Driving up the hill you see nothing, but coming down the hill, youre welcomed by a contemporary, fun playground. Then you see the building to the left that houses rooms for arts, crafts, and other activities for children. My son and I had a blast spinning, jumping, running, and playing indoor hockey with other children. Will definitely visit again!

This park is great. Our family loves trying out new playgrounds for the kids. It has swings for toddlers not older kids. This was a little disappointing because our kids love swinging. It does have a play area for kids under 3. On the other side is for the older kids. Its more of an obstacle ,web type structure. The kids really enjoyed it. They have benches, water fountain, trash cans, and a public building. They also have an area with tables tou can eat lunch or snack at with canopy. This park was kind of hidden so we did google parks.

Nice, clean, modern playground. I had hoped it would be good for my young toddler, but the equipment was slightly too big for him (the small structure has a label that says it is designed for 5–12 year olds, though the park website says ages 2–12 can play here). There are two bucket seat swings he could use, and he did enjoy the interactive elements of the play structure. The rubber surface on the ground is very soft. We were the only people there on a weekday afternoon, so I suspect not many people know about this park. The actual playground equipment isnt shaded, but there is a roof over a group of picnic tables nearby. There are also water fountains, which was nice just in case we needed them.

No big swings at all. There are small swings for toddlers. It does have a very nice rope climbing area that youngsters can enjoy.

Tucked out of the way off Raleigh Blvd / Skycrest (near Brentwood Rd) is Hill Street Park (opened in 2013). Theres a nice neighborhood center w/ a green roof on the building (growing plants, etc). The playground is small but modern - good for kids 8 and under. The center has summer camp, an afterschool program and other kid & adult classes. Rented their picnic shelter ($9/ hour) for an outdoor get-together.Its hidden away, so check it out if you are nearby (Ice Plex, etc).
