I dont recommend anyone use these people. They are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and they never respond to me. Im told month after month that I will have a refill then by the time I am supposed to get it, the pharmacy gets denied and I have to wait days for a response. Even scheduled a meeting for today, got an email saying it was approved, and then there was no meeting. Now my third day without my prescription with no response.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have had nothing but a bad experience overall and I really wish I wouldve paid attention to the reviews prior. If you like a doctor who will have you waiting about an hour PAST your SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT(DR.MAROOF), staff of individuals who have no empathy nor direction of how to do their job AND would love to constantly have to track down your healthcare provider then this is the place for you. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else - just like I am starting to. Be advise this office nor the doctors have a sense of professionalism. Mental Health is very important so save yourself some frustration and look elsewhere!

I cannot believe the unprofessionalism in this office. Very harsh rude doctors. With a very dangerous practice of taking patients off meds cold turkey and providing no assistance or guidance at all. Many unanswered calls and not returning messages. Worst office to work with.

This place is a joke . Takes days if not weeks to get thru to them . Secretary always sounds like she can’t be bothered with questions. Force you to go thru patient portal and then nobody reply’s . Take your kids anywhere but here . Letting our pediatrician know not to recommend this place anyone else

I try to give people a chance we made a appointment for my son but the more we talk and then we read the reviews. Please believe what you read the office staff are very rude and only one knows how to book appointments we called on a Friday and were told to call back on Monday no one was there that could book the appointment. That was just the start of it i see why you can get in here so fast and not other places. We going to go somewhere else fo better care for my son.

If I could give no stars ,I would. This facility is unprofessional and have no empathy for what patients are going through. Dr.Maroof is more concerned about her computer than the patient. Her bed side manner is horrible and she should try taking a course on eye contact and proper bed side manner when communicating with patients. This facility does not specialize in pediatrics and many of their providers keep leaving. Believe the other reviews when reading them. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE,PLEASE DO.

This practice has very rude receptionists. They are dealing with families and should be kind and compassionate. The counseler my son saw was nice, but I think she needed more training. They do not speialize, so I feel it was a real waist of money.

I was recommended here by my PCP. I didnt have to wait at all, but I was very unhappy with the service. I have struggled with depression and mild anxiety for years but felt they kept trying to diagnose me as OCD when that has never been a single concern nor issue for me. For something as serious as mental illness I felt like I was being blown off by the PA (who was the only person I met, I did not even meet maroof).

Avoid this place. I would give 0 stars if possible.I arrived 15 minutes early for my first appointment at 8:30am and literally no one was there. The door was unlocked but the lights were off and I stood there for 5 minutes before someone frantically ran in and turned the lights on and tried to get the place ready. Additionally, I filled out the medical release form to get my medical records sent to their office but of course they hadnt even done it in time for my appointment. They had me see a PA who told me Id need full lab work in order to receive a prescription for the meds Ive been on for 5 years. Never again.

One nice counselor but... They twice messed up my childs meds. Very unresponsive to pharmacist requests. Maroof conducted a session looking at her computer most of the time. They billed us $34.00 six months after we stoped going there. Im not making up any of this.

Wait is fairly long to see anyone. The therapists are mediocre and not very much help.
