Love this place, but when they’re open!! So frustrating that a few times we’ve gone it’s been closed even though the hours say they’re open. Even went in one time and waited forever for someone to come out from the back. They were scrambling and didn’t seem like they knew anything about the place once they came up front. Really strange. Hope it gets better because the guy we usually see is great.

I was hesitant at first to try any CBD products but after hearing so many great things about the tea I decided to give it a go. Ever since I’ve been shopping here, I always make great conversation with whomever I come in contact with. The vibe is the store is so chill and their houseblend’s are out of this world. The first one I tried helped me focus on the day I had ahead of me and kept me at a energy level where I could still work and come up with new ideas. I like the store. Good products. My experience here has been great overall. Due to current circumstances with the virus around, I have not been receiving the service that I’m used to.Things are tough, I get it.But is the virus an excuse for not being professional?No.They starting advertising delivery service but when you call in to request it, they try to force you to come to the store and complain about how tired they are from other deliveries. Ya. I know your tired, so am I and I run a business daily. My wife is in severe pain from where we ran out of CBD and they left us hanging. I have the money and supplies to make my own but I did appreciate the convenience while it lasted. Overall 3 stars. The owner is great, the products are even better but some of their practices unfortunately have caused me to make the decision to not return here.

But this place was different, they didnt play off my social anxiety, the guy that works here in the mornings was possibly one of the friendliest people Ive ever talked to, and I never felt pressured because they talked about more than just the business and the products. Great experience with the staff, however I came by this morning around 11:25am and the door was locked and the lights were off even though their business hours on the front window state they open at 11am during the week. No sign or note on the door either with a reason, like back in 5 min or out to lunch.

I love Hemp Logix! The owner, Keisha really helped me out a lot! I am always in pain and I got the level 2 Re-Align topical and let me tell you that is the best topical I have ever used in the 15 years I have been using topicals, even better than prescription topicals I have used! Ill definitely be back to buy level 3! If you have TMJ/TMD, back pain or knee pain (or any other pain) this is the stuff to use!They have the greatest products and I wish I could buy everything in the store all at once but I couldn’t so I got 2g of the suver haze, I tried that and it was wonderful & relaxed me! Jasmine waited on me tonight & she was my personal angel!! I got to test the Miracle CBD Cream by Wanda because I have severe muscle pain on both sides of my jaw & right side of my neck. It’s hard to find ointment to help but this worked within less than 5 minutes! I HAD to buy it!! I’ve only had 1 other CBD ointment work out of 4 or 5 options but this worked SO well! I will be buying this from now on!! I tested out the Trump CBD flower & I was able to feel my pain lessen within 5 minutes as well as my anxiety! This is definitely what I’ve been looking for! I took pain medication today & it hasn’t helped me at all but within 5 minutes of smoking 3 hits I am relaxed & have less back pain than I when I walked in & Ive been in excruciating pain all day long! I told Jasmine about my surgeries & what I was looking for & she knew exactly what would work for me! Jasmine KNOWS her stuff! The products in this store are really versatile & ever growing (I live near & walk by to go to Food Lion & look in here all the time!)!!
