My son has been going here quite some time to NATE His barber! ABSOLUTELY an awesome and patient barber with a child like mine who at times moves a bit well use too! Very professional and polite and pays attention to detail. Highly recommended. Nice clean environment!

Really good experience with Marquis. He was very professional and did a good job with my sons’ hair. He maintained sanitary practices with his clippers and he enforced mask wearing. The shop had a PG rated environment and I was comfortable having my kids there.Great overall experience!

I really enjoyed coming to this barber shop its always clean and everybody is always professional although when my son first started to come here the barber that was cut his hair pushed his hairline back so my son requested to go to Nate... Since we have been going to Nate my son has not had that problem he comes in I love the way his haircuts come out and he do to Nate is always nice and professional..

I booked 2 appointments for my kids with 2 different barbers and paid online with a tip! Upon arrival to the barbershop only one barber was there. The other didn’t even contact me to tell me he wouldn’t be there and didn’t even give me a refund! I’ll never book Nate again . I appreciate Marquis for picking up his co worker client! I’ll be very weary booking online and paying with this barbershop!Update to the response: again no apology was given for the unprofessionalism of their staff just trying to make excuses I run a business myself and when I’m not available for an emergency I make sure to contact my clients to let them know I do not let them show up and not have anybody to service them. There is a reason why I booked two appointments at the same time because I had something to do after at a certain time but since you wanted to make excuses for your employee I will make sure I will never book with you again and make sure I tell everyone else that’s a book with you because you haven’t even issued an apology because you are wrong regardless if it’s an emergency or not. The money is not safe when you book online because there’s no way to contact a person Marquice didn’t even make an effort to contact NATE.

I was looking for a new barber for my boys because their barber moved back to Jersey. I am very particular about who I let cut my boys hair, they had been going to the same barber for 5 years. Not to sound stalkerish but I actually sat in the parking lot and watched the customers come and go. I looked at their hair before going in, whose chair they sat in, and of course the outcome of the haircut. I actually did this at several different shops. I noticed that the majority of the clients were going to the first chair on the left and his work looked really good so I decided to try him out. He was very pleasant and polite when we walked in; greeted us instantly and introduced himself as Nate. My mothers boyfriend had cut my boys hair and I hated it, he actually messed up my eldest sons hairline. Nate explained what kind of cut my son needed so that his hairline could grow back and his cut could still look good. I was very pleased with the way he cut the boys hair! The second visit, I was beyond pleased with my eldest sons cut since his hairline came back in. Nate does a very good job and he has a good personality. He interacts with his clients (children included) and its a comfortable atmosphere. I most definitely found my boys new barber... shout out to Nate, go try him!!!

Nate was excellent! He was able to get my husband and son in at the last minute while we were visiting from out of state. Best haircuts they’ve had in awhile!!

Nate is a good barber... I tried this shop out because my son barber butchered his hair up a couple of times. Nate was quick to explain and outline a plan to get in back in order. I been here a few times now and am satisfied with the cuts.

They charged me $50 for head and face. It was $30 just a couple of months ago. They said the owners went up because of COVID-19 and I wasnt notified beforehand of the price increase. My mustache isnt lined up correctly. Just rushed thru the haircut. I wasnt in the chair 30 mins. No hot towel. For $50 I couldve done it myself and been alright

**LONG REVIEW**My name is Emily K. Clarke. Very rarely do I write reviews that do not praise a business especially one that is minority owned and operated. I feel very strongly about positive and fair business practices and I feel as though treating a consistent, respectable client with such disregard is deplorable. I went to this shop on Saturday Jan. 9th, 2021 at 5:45pm. My barber’s name is Nate and I have enjoyed getting my hair cut by him a total of seven times since I have been visiting NC from out of town since October excluding the two weeks I went back to AZ. In that time frame, I have referred two people, my sister who has been five times herself and a friend who was visiting from Virginia both of whom enjoy getting their haircut by Nate. In the seven times that I have gotten a haircut at this shop I encountered Wendy twice. The first encounter I would not even refer to as an encounter per se because upon her entry on Jan 4th, 2021, she walked in with her head down and did not speak to myself or anyone in the shop as she walked by. I thought it was odd and rude but did not mention anything to Nate at this point because I assumed, she was another patron. My second encounter was this past Saturday Jan 9th, 2021 (notice the date is exactly five days later) when I went to get ONLY the back of my head lined-up because the front and sides had not grown out since Jan. 5th, 2021. This line up took just shy of five minutes and before you ask how did I know that, I had someone waiting for me and he timed how long I was in the shop. After getting my line-up Nate asked Wendy if she was going to charge me $35 for the lineup and her response was, Is that not a fade? He responded saying, “No because he did not touch the sides nor the front of my head, he just cleaned me up. At this point I was confused because the price is always $25 for a fade and I tip $10 on top of that every time. I enjoy Nates work; I always get compliments and he listens to what I want and does exactly that. I get nothing but warmth and good vibes and even Marques (spell check) another barber at the shop is pleasant and welcoming. I finished my haircut and get to the counter to pay and asked the price. Wendy then tells me the price is $35 before the tip and could not even look me in the eye when saying so. I asked her again what the total was and she said $35, I then told her to put $45 on my card including Nates usual tip because morally, he deserved it.I am very displeased with how I was handled by Wendy and frankly if this is how business will be ran, I will never do business with Billionaire’s again. I will definitely reach out to Nate and continue my business with him but I promise you will never see me again. I travel to NC often to see family and I also have lucrative business that I do in this area. I have been in the customer service field for over 15 years and please understand that this was not handled in a manner that will allow me to stomach coming back. I have since told my two referrals of my experience and they will not deal with Billionaire’s anymore either. Perhaps taking into consideration the fact that ample notice should be given to price changes, notifying the customer before hand and showing some compassion would have been a better response here and I hope that even though this has been my experience let it not be the experience for someone else because they may not have as much tact as I had dealing with someone you employ to represent your business.

Called and asked if barbers that were in had experience with long hair. Was told sure come in. I get there say I want a taper and ends cut to keep hair growing even.(hair is about 6 inches all around) Nate wasnt aware of what a taper was and gave me a fade. The cut wasnt the worst but I didnt pay $30 to have all my hair taken off. I told him he did good because there was no fixing what was done.

When I had first came there with my son the barbers there were nice they make you feel welcome there . The first barber that cut my son hair I really did like it cause the shape up wasn’t right and it just didn’t look like it was cut the second time I had brought my son there for another hair cut this guy name: Nate had cut his hair he did a good job on his hair so I will bring my son there again.

They wanted to charge me 30.00 dollars for a haircut. Theyll never, get my money. This was after the ban was lifted. Dont rip people off. Would not recommend this place.

Had a quick haircut at about 4:30pm on Friday, Feb 1st that lasted about 7 minutes at the most. Sat on the last chair to the left as you enter and the guy was good and friendly. Got the sticker shock of $20 at the counter come time to pay. Every barber shop Ive been to had price list in a very conspicuous place and I didnt see any here which I think is by design. My first and definitely last visit.

No disrespect to the other barbers but aint none of them compete against Troy and Marcus. My Man Brian was a beast but he done got too big head maybe one day he will come back to his sense charging customers like they getting a perm or something. Smdh

New to town and someone recommended the place but not the barber, she was pretty bad compared to what Im used to. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and verbally explained some more in detail, in addition to the picture but it didnt work. I know its a little hard when youre a new customer to a barber and vice versa, but I felt like there was some lacking in technique as well, particularly with the blending and shaping up what I already had (last hair cut wasnt too long ago). It was also $20...a nice chunk of change for a haircut I ultimately wasnt satisfied with. 2 stars because the store was friendly when I came in. You would think barber shops would steer new customers to their best barbers for retention, but it is what it is. I think Ill try elsewhere next time.

Really pricey for just a hair cut and beard trim why it only gets 3 stars. Nice people, had a guy named Morris Davis give me a cut and a trim one of the best cuts ive ever had. I would recomend him if you decide to go.
