You know something, shortly after I wrote my first review, Mr. Glass arrived. On time may I add, in my own words had a chance to speak with him and not only is he a cool guy hes very understanding and easy to talk to, I feel this 26 weeks is going to be a very good 1....

Complete scam artists. My first appointment the office was closed because my counselor had something else to take care of. After begging humbly for me to reschedule, things only got worse(I ended up separating from my wife while getting treatment) Why, you ask? Quintessential Man-made, guilt plagued, faith based con show. It was never about my circumstances. It was always my fault and about what I shouldve done differently. No empathy or compassion whatsoever.I think these folks know theyre one of the only games in town and make there living scavenging the pockets of those whove been court ordered to participate. I went there voluntarily to work on some anger issues. Not only did their services not help, during my last session, Michael Glass(watch out for this guy) deliberately overcharged me. When I asked him about it, he told me I could apply the overpayment to my next session(I literally explained to him what my bill was supposed to be as he was running my card because he quoted me a different price over the phone than he actually charged). Now he wont even return contact/correspondance.Last resort only, folks. Seriously.
