Not for older Americans. If you are older, or caring for someone who is, this is not a good provider option. The lack of care and compassion, combined with mistakes and the perpetual run-around are a detriment to my 90+ year old Mothers health and well being. There used to be a good geriatrician on staff, now there is no one who seems to understand or care for the needs of older people.

So rude. Go here if you want the nurses and doctors to talk down to you. Especially if you call the after hour operator. My wife’s a nurse there’s no reason to be this rude to someone who just wants answers. Couldn’t help me without sending me to 87 different doctors, they are all about taking your money here. Ive had Dr. Nancy Drew as my POP for year and she is great. My experience with the entire group from the minute I place a phone call is always great. For instance, today I called for a referral and they were very prompt even offering to call to complete the referral since I did not have all the info needed to complete it. I am very grateful. Keep up the good work.

Since taking over Granite Medical, Atrius Healthcare has turned a once shining practice into a profit first patient last mill. Customer service is pitiful. Not from the lack of effort but from the lack of staffing. Great employees working for a lousy company who could care less if your on hold for 15 minutes while one poor customer service person has to handle the load. So many of my doctors have quit I cannot even remember who I have anymore.This is an update. This is the most pitiful of organizations. 40 minutes 3 people and still no prescription sent to the pharmacy. PITIFUL!!!!

Best medical care, onsite lab, xrays, bone density testing. Highly recommend Dr Nancy Drew and her awesome staff especially nurse Leslie Doherty.

Horrible service, have been trying to get in touch with Lauren the nurse for a week with no luck. Whenever I call she is busy, or at lunch, or not answering her phone. The people who answer the phone are rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. I would avoid this place as if my life depended on it, as it may!
