Deletha is the truth!! Usually I just go to the foot and spa joints on like every corner. Mostly because when I want a massage I want it same day and they are usually same day or walk in and open late…. But not anymore!!! The skill was night and day. I asked my therapist to use hands and do a kneading massage which he said was something he could do and he totally did not deliver! He uses his forearms for most of the massage, which is something I specifically asked not to have done! I also developed a rash on the back of my arms and legs, not sure if it was the cleanliness of the bed/room or oil used but will not be back.

Very happy with the care I’ve received from Rachel. Her attention to detail and skill in relieving pressure points has me looking forward to every appointment. Her knowledge of muscle anatomy shows through her skills.

It doesnt matter who you see, its always a great experience! My current insurance is not contracted with them but I choose to pay out of pocket because I know Im going to get great service!

I went in for an lni claim. Every time I went in I had a different massage therapist. They were all very kind and attentive. I was always asked beforehand how I was feeling and what areas of my body were hurting. Made me feel comfortable and helped me relax each time I went. Thank you for the great experience overall, the receptionist were all very nice as well. I like that I could text them and they respond immediately too😌👍🏻👍🏻

They really put all of their strength into help releasing tension! Its deep tissue so be prepared to get all those knots and tension out of your back. The foot rub and reflexology was AMAZING!!!

So dissatisfied with my experience here. I was in a car accident and due to lazy communication from the office they waited over a week to tell me they couldnt service me after saying they could. The one massage I paid for was really good but as far as the office and billing are concerned I would not recommend.

This place is awesome!! They have the best hours of operation, they are open Monday-Sunday and even have evening hours; they have appointments available at times no one else has. I have had appointments with a few different employees and have always left feeling A MILLION times better than when I came in. I have never left disappointed and I always come back for more. Once you start, you will not be able to stop coming here. Their $45 cash price cant be beat either. I recommend this place to EVERYONE I know.

Ive been a client for three years. I love Jessica! Unfortunately the front desk staff has changed and they dont seem to understand that after meeting a deductible my insurance pays 100%. In addition to 12 massages covered yearly.For the past three years Ive had to fight to get the proper billing. 2015 I was able to get a refund after yet again bringing in the claim work and showing them that they owe me!!Today Was The Last Straw. THE 30 something BRUNETTE WORKING THE FRONT DESK NEEDS A NEW JOB!!. IM DONE. Mistakes happen but its your reaction that needs a more professional approach. ILL take my insurance and go were they have a front office person that is nice.

Very pleasant massage experience with Mandy. I get massages to recover from muscle soreness from weight lifting and playing racquetball. I get the proper treatment every time. The front office is prompt responding for massage appointments via text messaging.

I have been frequenting Unlocking The Body for a couple of years and have had approximately 80 massages by 9 massage therapists here. I cant articulate strongly enough how professional and incredible these therapists are and how well run this place is.Collette, Stephanie and Lena in particular provide the combination of deep tissue massage without creating tension that I prefer. I have even learned to enjoy ashiatsu, where the therapist supports their weight while using their feet to provide deep tissue massage - particularly effective on tight or cramped leg muscles.

Ive gone here three times now and had great experiences each time. My only complaint is not with UTB but with the industry in general.So this is my concern, if you pay for a 60 minute massage then it should be 60 minutes. I dont pay for a 60 minute appointment. This now seems to be an industry thing. They call you back at the start of your appointment. If you have an appointment at, lets say 11, for 60 minutes I expect that at 11 the massage would start and end at 12. But they call you back at the start of your appointment. Then in the room ask whats been bothering you and discuss what they are going to do. Then they leave so you can get on the table. So by the time they even start youre already being shorted 10 minutes. Again this is my complaint to the industry in general.

It is extremely frustrating dealing with the front of house. Felt very mislead on two different occasions. I have spent a lot of money here and will never be coming back. One of the other comments nailed it on the head. You feel like cattle instead of a customer in pain looking for relief.

Don’t go to this massage place they try to lie to you or say they’re going to take your money for not even doing any services when you’re sick they’re terrible people and don’t go here it’s a waste of money and a take your hard earned money or try to without your credit card information

Not a relaxing environment and some chick walked around like she was jus plain mad at everyone, owner maybe? Not sure but its cheap and Im sure its a good fit for someone. Ive gone twice, same experience. Also, dont try the email system, they dont respond
