I have tried to get in to them but cant get anyone to return my calls. The first receptionist I spoke to seemed very new so I will cut her some slack. I left my insurance information and asked them to call me back. The next day I got a call and when I answered they hung up. I called again a few days later and still havent heard from anyone. So far the experience has not been pleasant.

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The young reception was rude and had no clue of what she was doing. Went to my first appointment just to be told they are not taking new patients. They wasted my time, since I drove from 30 minutes away. Management sucks. For some reason they have keeping enough therapist on staff. Very under staffed.

I’ve been seeing DiNel for a few weeks now for a MVA. She’s got a great understanding of how I’ve been feeling. Her massages are gentle with enough pressure to get in there and tackle the knots. I definitely recommend her and make sure you book her in advance as her schedule fills up.

The front office staff who set appointments and confirm your medical coverage are top notch. The massage therapist are wonderful and have helped me. Feel blessed to have found them.

My favorite place to receive a massage! I always see Sean...although I was a bit skeptical to see a male therapist at first, he ended up being the best! Now, I solely book with him. Highly recommend this place for therapeutic massages.

Alicia Avis is is the best massage therapist I have ever been too, I was having shoulder pain from a gym injury and man she has the best technique, I usually squirm when people do deep tissue but she knows how to get in there and go just hard enough but not to the point where you tense up. I will continue to go to her for massages as long as she practices and I will recommend her to others as well.

Always a wonderful experience

I’ve been to multiple massage therapists in the Puyallup area, never had a problem with any of them. But, my doctor recommended this place so I decided to try them. The massages were great, except for one weird lady who just did stretches the entire time (which I could have done on my own at home). The problem I have with this place is their billing. They are TERRIBLE! They can’t get anything straight. They mix up my account and my husband’s and for some reason won’t combine them, even though we pay from the same checking account. They have lost payments on several occasions, they don’t return phone calls, and their record keeping is atrocious! Recently, I got a bill from them even though I had paid it a month before. I called them to make sure that the bill was paid and they assured me that it was in fact paid in full. Then, a few weeks later I got a letter from a collection company!! They sent me to collections for the bill that they assured me was paid!! I’ve tried calling them about the collections matter but they, of course, aren’t answering their phones or returning my calls. Unless your insurance is going to pay your bills in full for your massages DO NOT GO TO SUNRISE THERAPUTIC MASSSAGE!!!
