I have worked in an industry where providing excellent customer service/care is the upmost importance to our employees, so I will say I was drawn to avenue dental just from the way the front office lady, Brittany, talked to me on the phone. Once I came to my consult appointment Brittany was just as amazing in person as she was with my intake call. You can tell when someone is “fake” nice, however she is genuinely nice, caring, warm, and thorough, it radiated off of her and her professionalism was outstanding. After I was seated I had an assistant named Brenda and I can say just about the same for her. You can tell she loves what she does and is full of knowledge. Between those two staff members I have decided to continue coming to avenue for my treatment needed and look forward to having more encounters with these employees. The dental offices can feel so cold and unwelcoming but thanks to Brenda and Brittany I feel very comfortable when I walk in.

I visited Avenue Dental because they are a preferred provider. Dr. Kwon was very professional. He explained the process to me like I was five without patronizing. The friendly staff gave us the referrals that we needed. It was a better experience than I had expected.

I had three implants placed on my lower jaw and new dentures made to fit the implants. The difference between my old dentures and my new ones are like night and day. I eat what i want and do not have to use denture cream any more. I would encourage anyone to get dentures with implants to support them its worth the money.

Extremely thankful for this office! I had very terrible dental treatment done at a previous office on my two front teeth, the doctor assured me that she would be able to fix them and make them look aesthetically pleasing again. My sleep appliance seems to be working really wellAnd has been a great alternative for not getting a cpap machine which is what I was hoping to avoid. My wife has also been sleeping better due to me not snoring as frequently or as loud. The doctor and staff at Avenue Dental Care are very helpful and attentive to my needs.

I like this place they are all friendly and make you feel comfortable. If you are not sure of a dentist I highly recommend them they make you feel comfortable. My dentures were done about three weeks before they were suppose to be done and fit great and when I had a little problem the fixed it right away. They answer all questions you have and make sure you understand. Best place I have ever been.

Dental hygienist was exceptional

It was my first time doing the zoom bleaching and Shawn made me feel at ease during the process. He checked up on me every couple minutes to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything adjusted. I enjoyed the visit and they made it welcoming. Things got a little sensitive here and there but Shawn made sure I was well taken care of. Overall, the people and environment was fun and great!

I was nervous going to a new dentist for a tooth implant but everyone in this office was friendly and professional. I live in Aberdeen so its a 160 mile round trip but worth it. I would highly recommend this dental team

My husband went in for a review of denture. He was also have issues with a infection. Dentist even made a comment she could see the root. My husband got frustrated due to them trying to sell him different ways to save the 3 teeth he had left. When clearly he stated he wanted dentures. My husband left in pain not even asking for pain killers. He wont take to begin with but would not give antibiotics. Even when after I called to follownupntonif they would send a prescription.. He was denied. I then had to take my husband to a walk in clinic to see a doctor to prescribe him antibiotics. I called to complain and was blown off and told excuses. I now had to pay for 2 appointment and had to find another dentist for someone who is in major pain.

I am very happy with the service. It took me awhile to get my implants, i love what they look like. I will b getting two more done. Thank you guys at Avenue Dental. Ive been with these guys for over 15 years.

I have never been very fond of going to the dentist, but there staff are very friendly and I let them now about past experiences I had with dental issues and they made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Avenue Dental has Care has taken care of my teeth for over 20 years- their service is thorough and with a gental touch. But today they went beyond and above all other visits!They wrote off part of my bridgework (after insurance)- I needed a new front crown, but it was impossible at this time, financially.So they called me and said they had a smoking hot deal- and boy did they!My new crown is gorgeous- their kindness and generosity is rare today- I highly recommendAvenue Dental Care- You wont be disappointed - I wasnt! I came in for implants. The office staff and Dr.Puri were great. My first implant did not heal correctly and Dr. Puri removed it and started over at no extra cost to me. The do over and the second implant are great. I would recommend them for implants.

I was pleased with the results ofmy implant procedure. Although it took over 6 months, the results were very good. I absolutely love this place. I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years and they made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. They were very nice and welcoming. they call and check up on you after your appointment and are always so friendly in person and over the phone. I got some cavities filled and it was painless. they made sure I was doing good the whole entire time. I am so glad that I choose to go here. I found this place through my insurance and then looked at all the reviews and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. This is definitely the place to go.

So I just had a filling AND A root canal done. I want to stand on top of the mountain and yell at how awesome she is! I came in to have a root canal and actually had to have a molar removed, only because they were not sure if a root canal could save the tooth because of the extensive damage. The tooth was easily removed in 3 pieces and stitched back up. They saved me over $800 (even with insurance!), and even though I still need to have more work done, they did a great job on my mouth and helping me plan out a good dental plan of action for my future visits. Thank you!

The hygienist (Robin) gave me such a thorough cleaning that was very impressive. Others in the past did not care enough to polish my teeth after the cleaning. I know that I am in good hands and would recommend others to use her service.

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Paid out of pocket for a root canal and crown and it was so botched I now am having to go elsewhere to have redone by some one who actually knows what they are doing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I love going to my appointments, They are the best, they treat me great and I consider them all as good friends. Robin, keeps me on my toes about flossing and Shaun, gave me a reason to smile after my Zoom. I recommend Avenue to everyone. now. and I cant wait for this appointment on March 24, with Robin, and also for Shaun to call me, for my free zoom treatment, that Dr. Sharma, gave me for coming in and doing the commercial, last August. Was very disappointed in the workman ship of a partial I was having made by Avenue Dental in Puyallup. It was not fitting correctly after several tries. After 3 months, I decided to give up and go elsewhere. I asked for a refund of the money I did pay to this point (which was more than half) and was only refunded $25.00 due to lab fees. Lab fees??? for an incorrectly made partial??? Word to the wise…Go elsewhere more professional.

I talked to 800 dentist and they set me up with Avenue Dental the following morning for a cleaning and check up. Im very pleased with Avenue Dental, everyone is so friendly and I feel completely comfortable. I feel like I have finally found a good dentist I trust. Thank you!!

It was Overall A Good ExpeRience. It is a leg thy process but worth the time and money. I received full iv sedation, so there was only a few days of post op discomfort..it is great to be free of dental pain and be able to eat steak again and actually smile for the first time in 4 years.

They have a great dr. Too bad you have to get passed the cash grab in the front. They told me if I wanted to save the tooth I needed a root canal. They also said that there is a good chance that the root canal might not work and they would have to extract it anyways. I signed for the root canal that day because they really pushed it on me. I picked up the medication at the pharmacy that I am supposed to take 1 hour before my appointment the next morning. I then decided I didnt want to gamble so much money on a tooth that may end up being pulled anyways. I called and told them I wanted the extraction instead. Then they called me and I confirmed it just the extraction. I then showed up an hour early the next morning. I told them just to make sure that I just wanted the extraction. I asked before Im on medication do I need to sign anything to confirm my decision. The girl behind the counter said no you are fine. I then took the medication. When I returned for the extraction 1 hour later a different lady told me I cant change my treatment. I told her that I said I need a tooth pulled when the appointment was scheduled, I told them I needed to to make a decision about the treatment after the exam, I called and told them my decision, I answered their call and confirmed my decision, and we even double checked before the appointment. Do you hear the words that Im saying. I realize now that this is a cash grab designed to trap you into using up all of your dental coverage and your cash all in one visit. I left after two days of appointments with nothing done except a dental x ray and exams. This place is terrible. Now we are at a different dentist the next day. I just found out that avenue dental will not release the x rays they took two days ago. They refuse to help in any way. This is just another senseless charge to your insurance company they will cheat you out of. They did nothing for us and had us leave, yet still found some way to charge our insurance company for x rays they will never use. Oh yeah and I read the other reviews they are fake. This place is a scam. Do t fall for it.

I was first seen at Avenue Dental in Puyallup about ten years ago. To say that I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist would be a LARGE understatement. I had avoided going to the dentist for so long the pain was unbearable. The Team at Avenue were amazing. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. Even as I cried when filling out the paperwork for the first time or in the beginning when I had to sit in the car until I was called. When I am in the chair I still cry and shake even with the anxiety meds but they are all so wonderful and take their time to ensure I`m feeling ok. Over the years Dr. Sharma, Dr. Sawyer, the dental assistant Shawn and Danielle the billing lady stand out to me as being extra kind and patient.The past few years though there has been one doctor that has helped me more than I could have ever hoped for and that is Dr. Singh. Somehow even with all my fear she makes me feel like I can do it and its all going to be ok. She has gone above and beyond to help me. She even did my first cleaning in over ten years by hand to avoid the hand tool she knows terrifies me. Today along with her new awesome assistant Kate she finished the last few fillings and now have all my needed work COMPLETE!. I never thought I would see this day. Thank you to the whole Avenue Dental team and a special thanks to Dr. Singh.

I went to see Dr. Sharma for sleep apnea, and he fitted me with a device that keeps my airway open. Staff were polite and professional, appointments were easy to schedule, and I was seen on time. The device worked and my sleep has greatly improved.

Was all set to have work done, needed some forms filled out for work, rude, uncooperative, and I will tell everyone I know, Do not spend your money or time with people who are nice to get your business and then rude once they have your insurance all tied up. Now I cant have the work done elsewhere.

0 accountability for their mistakes. Ive tried to contact them a few times and went in finally to get a cap they put in that was hurting my gums examined. Said I needed a root canal on the tooth behind it for $800. Went to another dentist to get that same tooth filled for $90. Thank god I didnt trust their opinion they were only trying to counter the issue (which I still have) with the cap that they messed up on, saying theyd fix that for free, but to address the tooth behind it which they said HAD to have a root canal... Guess it didnt and I saved 700 dollars.

I went in absolutely terrified of getting my first ever root canal and left with a smile on my face! I felt absolutely nothing! today is now 2 days later and I STILL feel nothing other than slight soreness! And I mean VERY slight! I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist! Its true that one bad childhood experience can frighten you for life if you dont find the right dentist! Well Ive definitely found the right dentist for and I dont plan on going anywhere else ever again!

Cruel big dentist JAMMED needle in back of lower jaw because he was mad that I needed more deadening! A big nerve in the side of my face was hurting for weeks. It affected my ear and eye as well,

The Dr is amazing, nothing bad against her. The lady behind the counter was terrible. Sets are cracked, head rest broken, they didnt even do the treatment I asked for. What a waste of time.
