I was very impressed with this organization and especially with TiffanyWeir. I called about a question of coverage for acupuncture through a Medicare advantage plan. I have Medicare A and D as well as United HealthCare(UHC)plan C Tiffany was very friendly and helpful. She explained that I could get the coverage using their Medicare Advantage program But I would have to give up my current UHC plan. This would have been not at all good for me as I have had several surgerys and hospital stays which were fully covered with my Medicare and UHC plans. Losing the UHC plan would cause any further Surgery and accompanying hospital bills to skyrocket. Tiffany pointed this out to me and recommended I keep what I have. WOW! There is an honesty and concern that is very rare these days. She just talked herself out of a commission. Any of you folks reading this that have any questions about a Medicare advantage program or other Health insurance concerns should definitely contact this organization and ask for Tiffany. Im sure the other agents would give the same advice but Tiffany was just so darn nice and friendly.

My brother was very sick, and unable to navigate the Medicare/Medicaid and supplemental insurance system. The December 7th deadline for changing any part of my Medicare insurance. I had a recent medical test that showed they needed another test that was going to take 3 days of preparation. At the same time, myhusband had a procedure that left him with a residual infection. Both ofus were ill and the decisions to be made about our insurance for thecoming year were looming. I just felt unable to make an intelligentdecision given my own condition and my worry for my husband.A relative had used this agency the last couple of years and had toldus of the great service and attention to detail. I called their office onthe day after Thanksgiving to leave a message requesting an appointment. Between my husband and myself there were only 2 days that would work for us. To my surprise, Bob May answered the phone!He transferred me to Tiffany Weir, who said that we could do it all overthe phone. She looked up my medications and then went over theplans that would give me preferred pricing and a pharmacy witha drive up window as I have trouble walking and standing for longperiods of time. She really knew her stuff. She also told me that I couldsave a significant amount of money by changing my Part B supplementplan. She was so gracious, friendly and really did know what she wastalking about. She put together a plan, emailed me what needed mysignature, I faxed it back to here and it was done within about a halfhour.
