Great place. Super staff. Offer free delivery and curbside vaccinations. They really work great in the pandemic.

The staff at Sids jumped through hoops to help me get the medicine I needed when the insurance company was less than speedy with a prior approval. Dixie, a pharmacy tech, helped me be able to communicate with my insurance, worked with my doctor and his nurse, and their staff pharmacist. Best customer service anyone could ask for. I was in desperate need and they came through for me. Ive had interactions in the past with one other person there that were not the finest, but the diligence they showed here more than made up for that. Convenient refills, and supporting a local business. Give them a try.

When it’s great, it GREAT. When it’s not, well...... Having a compounding pharmacy in our hometown is a blessing and I am grateful, however Sid’s REALLY needs to work on their communication protocols. I have been getting my prescription filled here for a couple years. Most the time things are fine but if there’s a problem it’s really frustrating. I’ve had my medication mis-packaged in a manner that would have given me 12x the dose if I hadn’t questioned it. I have also had a few times when I expected the prescription to be ready after waiting the correct number of days for it only to be told ‘We didn’t fill it because your insurance won’t cover it.” While I understand that, PLEASE, make it a policy to call the customer and tell them so they can decide to either wait or pay out of pocket. Or, ‘Oh, your doctors office said you have an appointment next week so we didn’t fill it.’ That one I really didn’t understand. Now I’m waiting another 2-3 days for a medication that I need to maintain my quality of life. The employees also don’t seem to communicate between themselves. After speaking with one person who promised to pass information on, I get there to find out that didn’t happen.I feel like Sid’s is a great mom & pop pharmacy who has been inundated with more customers than their infrastructure can handle. I don’t know what type of system they use to track and fill orders, but in my opinion it needs improvement.Just be vigilant if you get you compound prescriptions here. They are great people, and it is terrific to have them here, they’re just disorganized.

The pharmacist at Sids is amazing. He took the time to explain the dosage and the correct time to begin the medication to coincide with our vacation. We really appreciate the personal service and knowledgeable staff!

Real people, real help. All they want is to make things go well. Wait times have been getting longer as more people realize that this pharmacy will go above and beyond.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and competent. The pharmacist, however, was either distracted or simply not paying attention because two drugs I got had documented interactions with each other and he failed to inform me of that. I had to learn it later from a registered nurse. I called to point out the error and he became a bit defensive instead of apologizing for the (potentially serious) oversight. For simple prescriptions, sure, go here. Do not go here if you need multiple drugs at once though. Personally, I will not be returning regardless.

They are super slow, and won’t look you in the eye. I have asked questions and they seemed annoyed that I didn’t already know. But they do give you the correct medicine so I guess it’s not all bad!

I love these guys. Theyve always been fast and helpful. Theyre very good about answering your questions and walking you through the dos and donts. Their text message system is very useful but the phone line go-direct-to-prescription-refill system doesnt work. So, i speak directly with them.

So friendly and helpful. I was down with mono and they were so good to me. Got me all ready to go and on my way.
