This team was absolutely fantastic. When I needed eye care support quickly after my cornea got scratched, Pullman vision source was the only office that made time for me. When everyone was too busy, the doctor and the reception staff took time out of their personal time to make my health a priority despite having a packed schedule. At vision source I felt truly cared about and have recovered. You have renewed my faith in the medical care industry and provided and example for how patients should be treated. Thank you for being there to help me get back to work, and for prioritizing my health.

I have never been a customer before. I’m from out of town working and I broke my glasses. I went there earlier today to see if they could fix my classes. The ladies at the front were super nice. They took my glasses and within 10-15 minutes had them fixed and ready to go. I went to grab my wallet to pay for the repair and they didn’t charge me. They said they had to replace the screw and they were not going to charge me. I didn’t expect great service to be free but I knew I at the very least owed them a great review. Keep it up! Can’t wait until I need new glasses because I might make the drive to Pullman.

5 stars is simply not enough to give them. My daughter and I had our first appointment there today. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the front desk and they were so nice and polite. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Dr DeWald was friendly and sweet. I have mentioned I was interested in contacts but was hesitant to make the switch. She informed me that I would have to set up a different appointment for a contact fitting. Not going to lie I was bummed as work has been so busy I could barely make this appointment. She then asked if she could get me in today if I was interested and of course I said yes. She then left to go to see what she can do and came back to let me know they can do it right now! I was so excited and kind of shocked. She then walked me over to the contact fitting and the nice lady there was so helpful and so patient with me. She walked me through the whole process and made me feel so relaxed. Anyway... long story short lol go see Pullman Vision Center. They go above and beyond! Also, Cathy has been so much help with setting up my patient portal! Cathy you are amazing!

Very friendly Dr and staff. I felt heard and I felt cared for. As a person of color in Pullman Washington, it could be a challenge to find places where are you are comfortable spending your money and time. Definitely a Google search that resulted in something good.

Fantastic clinic! I was a patient there a few years ago and had a very good experience with an exam and frames fitting. The doctors were extremely thorough and the staff helpful and welcoming. I have since moved internationally and called requesting records, and had several questions and requested records to translate and provide to my new optometrist. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and answered all of my questions and made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of ASAP. I appreciate that kind of continuing care even though I am no longer a patient!

It had been decades since I visited the eye doctor. My daughter got a concerning eye exam at school so I decided to make an appointment. As luck would have it we found Pullman Vision Source...from the first phone conversation I had with the receptionist I received a warm and friendly welcome. Lots of help with the new patient paperwork and a lovely smile upon arrival. The staff was very professional and oh so friendly..lots of taking the time to explain any and all questions I had. My 13 year old daughter is Autistic and typically has meltdowns when experiencing new and unusual things...NOT TODAY♡ smiles and confidence radiated of my typically introverted child...all because of the environment. I highly recommend this group for all ages. Ifni could choose 50 stars I would. THANK YOU THANK YOU

Dr DeVleming has been my eye Dr. for over 25 years. Fortunately never had any serious issues. Of course with age, several prescription changes. The staff is very friendly and very attentive on checkin. A very pleasant experience. See Dr Jim, promptly. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helps with frame selection. So many choices. Highly recommend.

Office was really clean, I felt they had very good safety protocols for covid-19. They sent me paperwork ahead of time, easy to fill out online. I felt the eye exam was very thorough. Dr. DeVleming took time to clearly explain the results , and some recent changes in my aging eyes. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Had SUCH a great experience at Pullman Vision source and with Dr. DeVleming. I hadnt had my eyes checked in over a decade and the Dr. took his time, listened to me, and made the process really easy and awesome. He is also really funny!! The entire staff made me feel welcome and not intimidated or nervous and they have great customer service. I even got to take 5 pairs of glasses home to see which ones I liked best so I didnt have to decide right in the store.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had so many questions and Dr. DeVleming answered them all. I tried contacts many years ago and had some bad luck and wanted to try them again. He was recommended by a co-worker and I am happy I went to him. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent the time needed over several visits to make sure my contacts fit correctly. His staff was very friendly too. I give the whole office a big thumbs up.

I had a serious infection in my cornea and after being treated for a week at a different vision center with no results I was referred to Pullman Vision Source by a friend for a second opinion. They got me in the very next day and were so kind and helpful. Dr. DeVleming immediately realized that I had been mis-diagnosed, and correctly diagnosed the problem. After treating me, he called me later that night to check and see how I was doing and followed up the next day with me as well. I am so grateful to their good work and will be going there for all of my vision needs in the future!

My children and I have been going here for years. DeVleming is efficient, informational, and friendly. In fact, everyone in that office has always been professional and helpful.

I had a rocky start with Dr. Cook at this practice, but continued to work with them because everyone else is absolutely delightful - from the front office staff to Dr. Devleming. They are kind and helpful, and very attentive to the customers needs and expectations. The ladies at reception go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

Ive been going to Pullman Vision Source since 1979 for my first pair of glasses, which I loved. I returned to them several years ago as an adult with permanent astig, and they have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Its a local family business - at least third generation now, and I really like that. They use state-of-the-art equipment for annual eye exams, and take the time to explain all findings. This years new toy was a test that has been shown to reveal early signs of Alzheimers Disease - which runs in my family. Im pleased to say it came out normal for me. Dr. DeVleming takes the time to listen to your vision concerns, and his manner is professional and friendly. My favorite visit was three years ago when I had to have glasses replaced because my new puppy, Etta, had chewed up a couple pair. When I approved of the adjustment to the prescription, he smiled and said, oh good, shell like that. Ha! Fortunately, she grew out of her eyeglass chomping stage, but I still get new frames every year from Pullman Vision Source. Im also reassured by Dr. DeVlemings professionalism and knowledge, as he is very active (in a leadership role) in the national optometrists professional organization. -Tracie Brelsford, longtime satisfied patient.

Been going here for a few years now and never had a problem. The new WSU insurance has its own quirks, and the school wants us to go on campus now because they just opened their own eye exam place, but I dont really want to change. I miss Dr. Cook, but the other Dr here is okay. I like that theyre actually opthamologists so they can also prescribe eye drops or whatever if you need.

Since moving to the area, I have been looking for an eye doctor I like. Dr. DeVleming is knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection of glasses at his office is the nice. I have picky taste and was glad to see there was a big selection to choose from. Ill be sending my husband to Dr. DeVleming soon!

The people that do something bad to you at your worst are the ones you dont forget. I am a student at wsu and I got a same day referral to Vision Source, I had insurance that would cover for my glasses and eye exam but I didnt know that. They had all my insurance information with them yet they told me I had to pay $410 for my glasses and I was so scared I thought I was going to go blind because my eyes were hurting so much and I couldnt see and I didnt know how much glasses cost so I paid out of my financial aid refund. And I got my glasses a week later and they dont even fit me. I walk to their clinic and told them but they just put it in hot water and send me, and it went to its normal size again and I went there again and they did the same thing, and I just gave up and I cant even wear my glasses anymore and it just makes me so mad every time I think about it. I am supposed to go for my check up but it just hurts inside and I dont want to go there at all.

My eye glass prescription is quite complicated, and Ive had some eye doctors get it wrong. Dr. DeVleming dials in on the perfect correction every time. He is friendly, efficient, and professional.I return to this practice repeatedly because I trust DeVleming. The eye glass sales part of the business is a bit pushy for my taste. While you may be able to get a better deal elsewhere, however, it is worth it to buy your glasses here because they stand behind their product and because Dr. DeVleming will see you again if there is a problem.He is also quite good about fitting contact lenses. He continues to try additional options until he reaches the right combination of correction and comfort for the patient.

Dr. Cooke missed my corneal edema, resulting in an overpowered prescription. I suspect she missed it because she was in such a hurry. If you come here, know that the duration of your appointment affects its cost, so think about your wallet before you open your mouth.The edema is bad enough that my new doc wont give me an exact prescription until the edema, and the blurry vision that comes with it, clears up.

My husbands eyeglasses have been scratched and the lenses should have changed. Dr. Devleming examined his eyes and gave wrong prescription. all the 6 numbers were totally off, my husband eye number was 0.75, Dr. gave 2.75 and axis was 30 he gave 180. though Dr. knew my husband does not complain for his vision, he was not smart enough to compare the numbers from the lenses with new one and finds out that this is impossible to see such a discrepancy. he was not responsible for such a obvious mistake and his staffs were rude like it was our fault they told my husbands eyes have changed in 3 weeks. my husband ended up loosing over $500 since he had to order eyeglasses twice, first he bought the eyeglasses online and paid $120 and then when the eyeglasses were giving him headache he saw Dr, again and for the second time he paid almost $400 to get the sunglasses from the Dr office. Dr. Devleming is not trustworthy, and professional and his staff had very bad manner. for us it was first and last time to go to Vision source!
