Had the most thorough hearing exam ever! Margaret was very knowledgeable. She provided me with a printout with graphs and explained it… however, when I brought it home, the numbers make no sense and there’s no additional info printed to get a better explanation.

I didnt have to wait long when I got there. The test was very thorough and the doctor very knowledgeable. The reason for 4 stars is that the hearing aids are VERY expensive!

I came in today to get my ears pieces check out. The service is always great. She takes time answering all my question (complaints LOL); they’re also prompt with appointment. Because they know that your time is also as valuable as their. Which I am greatly appreciate. I would not hesitate to recommend HearUSA to friends and family.
