This place is so poorly run its disgusting. My very first visit there I waited an hour and a half. Then they ordered blood work and I waited another hour. Then waited a week and called asking for results, they said not in yet. 2 weeks called again. Not in yet. 3rd week I called they said Id have to come in for results. I made appt. Went there. Waited an hour. Only to be told they cant find my results anywhere, and was I sure I had them done???! Really? I think Id remember having 6 vials of blood taken and a urine sample. How do you lose that? The place is a zoo. And no one knows whats going on. Sad. Never going back and informing my insurance not to pay!!

I have paid the same 250.00 bill twice. 5 years later they hit me up for the same bill. Mind you, five years after I left.I first went to Dr Hoffman. My mother had already stopped seeing him for his horrible bedside manner. I stopped when at 5,5 and 135 lbs he recommended I lose 20 lbs.After him I went to Dr Mazumdar who tried to sell me into a Medifast weight loss plan although at the time my weight was fine.The office staff is pretty ridiculous as well as the finance department. I would literally be told to talk to say Sally in finance only to find out not one single person in that office was named Sally etc.Just a poorly run practice.
