I was referred to this office by my physical therapist after having a terrifying experience with another provider. My experience at NFM was exactly what it should have been. I will absolutely be going back to see Pete Brown. He knew exactly what i was doing there, addressed my issue immediately, and set a plan for follow up care. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I really was happy with my first visit, kindness is important to me and the receptionist, nurse assistant and Whitney were all so kind and really listened. I am looking forward to there care!

The clinic was very efficient. They got me in to see the doctor as soon as I had my paperwork filled out. I was a new patient so I had to fill out new patient paperwork. Doctor Hall was thorough and took the time needed to understand my needs. She asked if I had ever tried acupuncture and set me up for physical therapy. I was very satisfied.

Fast and friendly. As a new patient they were able to get me in for not only a visit, but also an ultrasound within three days of my call. Both the provider I saw at family med and the ultrasound tech were super friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely will be using them in the future.

My initial phone call was not the best because I had to give all my information just to be told that I need to either come in and fill out paperwork before getting schedule, print off the paperwork and bring it in prior to being scheduled, or mail it in. If the paper work was all online and could be sent digitally then that would have made scheduling a lot easier for me. Aside from that - the office is very nice and clean and my needs were met. Whitney Hall was amazing and made me feel comfortable.

From the time I walked in until I left the entire process was top notch. The entire staff from the admitting staff to Doctor Brown was friendly and professional. This was my first meeting with Teresa and she was delightful, Very kind and considerate and did not rush me out the door Got all my history and will be an ideal Doctor for me in the future. The only draw back was the lack of equipment to read my recent MRI CD of a recent injury to my shoulder. All else was excellent.

We were able to schedule and had a wonderful check up without delay.Hopefully they can notify us real soon about scheduling for coronavirus vaccine shots.Great personal and care.

They took me in as a new patient. They were very nice. I took the one star off because I couldnt get my regular meds refilled and had to switch to something else. I dont typically like when they change a medication that works to something that might work or works for other people. But overall I would still recommend them to others.

So the facility it was very nice very clean the receptionist were courteous kind helpful after seeing the doctor for the first time he seem caring he explain things well first impressions are pretty good

Nice visit but poor follow up. I had some blood tests done and was told that the nurse practitioner would get back to me the next day with the results. It is going to take six days to get my results back because the nurse practitioner left earlyand they are closed on Thursday so now I have to wait until Monday. Not too happy about that.

Very knowledgeable & friendly. Felt like a clear plan was made for my care. Highly recommend!
