They listen to the familys concerns and addressed them directly, or performed extensive research and resolved. I could not have been more satisfied with the service provided.

Working with staff made the memorial service at Washington State Veterans cemetery an easy process. Thanks to Audrina for her guiding us through the process of making arrangements. I would recommend Bell Tower for helping our family during this time.

When my Brother passes away we met with Audrina Dollar to make arrangements for his memorial and burial. Audrina was more than helpful, she genuinely cared about our loss and offered her compassion freely throughout our grieving process. The owner, lance Cox personally helped me deal with my personal loss and prepare for my brothers celebration of life. If I could give 10 stars i would!

Information was wrong on death certificate. Staff member was very rude. So sad they cant get it right. Maybe they should check things out legally. Wow would not trust them at all. Get your information correct. Isnt that your responsibly? I feel sorry for any family members you are responsible for. If I could give a lower rating I would. I challenge you to get in touch with me to answer my questions.

They were very helpful. I live in another state and they did everything they could to get me thru this. Stephanie Garcia kept on contact with me constantly through a very difficult situation and was very kind. Thank you so much

All went well until I picked up the certificates required. They put the wrong middle name for my wife/surviving daughter. They also didn’t supply us with a transport permit, which is required due to the fact she is being buried in another state, thankfully the cemetery she is being placed informed me of this. I was told it was an easy fix and should only take a few days. After a few days, I went in to pick these certificates up. They had the Burial Permit for me, but no corrected Death Certicate. Now, over three weeks later, and services in three days, we still have no corrected certificate. Not impressed.Update: It’s now been five weeks, and still no corrected death certificate. Nor have I even received a phone call from them. Strongly encourage anyone to use a different funeral home.

They did not get the funeral arranged and did not contact me about any delays until 7 days after meeting with them and paying for everything. They contacted me on Thursday when I was out of the country. The funeral was supposed to be on the following Tuesday since the cemetery was closed on Sunday and Monday due to a holiday. This meant the funeral could not be scheduled, the people who were coming and had taken off work contacted and a $200 wreath. The two obituaries were also not handled correctly. With one of them they lied and blamed the newspaper , however upon checking with the newspaper it was Bell Towers fault. The second obituary was never even submitted to the paper but I sure as heck was charged for it. Would never recommend Bell Tower to anyone.

They did not post an obituary, nor get the funeral arranged with the cemetary. I currently still have my Mom in her urn in my house. They did not tell me only certain urns meet the requirement to be buried in the cemetery. And they refuse to answer phone calls, text messages or even accept a certified letter.

Words will NEVER be able to express our heartfelt gratitude for the experience we had with Rob Clark and Joann.Every detail was handled, and they went way above and beyond expectations.You know they truly cared.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My sweetheart is at peace.

When we lost one of our grandchildren the people at Bell Tower did more than anyone could ever imagine. When I called to check about what was nessacery and what the cost would be they were like angles from heaven. They did everything we asked and more. They arranged to have our beautiful baby transfered front Sacred Heart in Spokane and took care of her cremation with the grace and care as if she were their very own. We would not have had the ability to greave and only have to take care of our daughter who was devastated by the loss of her daughter without all their support. Then when I asked how much the bill would be I was told there would be no charge. If ever I have felt the presence and guidance of God it was that day for he surely brought the most wonderful and caring people into our lives just when i doubted him the most. Thank you so much for your kindness it is a debt I will never be able to repay. God bless you.
