Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare is my lifeline. Since 2016 I have visited several of their locations. Each and everyone has supported and treated me with care and respect. I am now with my most favorite staff. The resilience they carried each day during the move and construction of the new Garlington building was superb.When they opened their doors to us I could see the pride they felt in the smiles welcoming me. Every single staff I have encountered has given me tools to cope and learn and grow. My journey is far from over and Im scared, but I finally feel like this group has put in the woman-hours (sorry DE) to get a legitimate take on the person Ive presented to them.

FYI: They didnt help me at all. If anything I feel worse than before my suicide attempt. How I feel didnt matter to them at all, they basically told me that I have no right to be unhappy. I felt like I needed to take care of them, but I didnt know what they wanted me to say. If you really need help, dont trust these people to do anything but make you feel worse. Why does anyone think that throwing pills at some mental health problems and parroting some phrases is going to solve anything. Find someone who can help you grieve or process your issues or whatever YOU need.

Such an incredible experience! They treat every patient like family! The reception crew are the friendliest people in the medical field. The Drs and Therapists are caring and compassionate. Best clinic in Portland!

Cascadia, located here, has been a saving grace in my life. They have been a great help in my overall health, as well as, my being in a home, my home.I am sad that the building is going to be torn down. However, on a happy note... It is being rebuilt into a new clinic with mental health services, physical health and housing all in one place.God bless them for all the lives they save, including mine.

After haveing thoughts of suicide because I was 6 min late I was told that I would have to reschedule witch could take weeks to get me back it for my mental health I will never come here AGAIN
