This place has no consideration for people or their time. if you set an appointment, show up 25 to 40 minutes late to keep at pace with this place. They just bounce out whenever-

I am really happy with my experience at this clinic. Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and kind. Be sure before you go in to have all your necessary documents because otherwise, you wont be able to file online at their office and have to use snail mail instead. I got my temporary card the same night with the new online filing! Nothing negative to say about this place. I will go back when its time to renew.

Ive used this service for 8 years. See the same Dr every year with friendly knowledgeable staff it was quick painless experience. Definitely recommend this service.

I had a very good experience here and will be going back for my renewal after several years, my spinal sciatca pain is back with a vengeance and my degenerative disc disease is getting worse, I am trying to help with better diet etc but I cannot and will not go back to taking mass amounts of morphine! Medical marijuana works great and this clinic was great, I really liked the doctor I had, he was very nice and the process was very easy, faxed my medical records from my PCP and i was approved! Not sure why we made an appointment when they simply take patients on a first come first serve bases. Had 1:30 appointment, it is almost 3pm we are still waiting, dont expect to be out of here until 4pm. We now cant make the rest of your appointments today. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, we used to recommend these people, wont be doing so in the future.

My Wife and I have been coming to this excellent clinic twice a year since 2007. The staff has always been great, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this clinic.

No concept of time. Set an appointment? Doesn’t matter! First come first serve. Currently sitting and waiting for an hour now, and I was 10 min early for my appointment. Talking to people here seems like you’re causing heartache for them, it’s dirty, no privacy, can currently hear the doctor talking to patients with the door open about their medical history. Really recommend you go to another clinic that respects your well being and privacy.

Ive utilized their services since 2008. The staff is pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and transparent with all relevant information, the facility is spacious and accommodating for everyone and allows easy access for the disabled. Ive used them for all of the previously mentioned reasons as well as their uncompromising professionalism. In my entire relationship with this clinic Ive never been exposed to embarrassing questions or felt uncomfortable in any way.If I had to sum them up in one word it would be compassionate. Make no mistake, the medical program is so important to so many people, especially in these turbulent days of change and integration of the community at large into the cannabis plants many benefits. It is in the best interest of people who find relief of severe medical conditions through cannabis to take the steps to be recognized as patients.The beurocratic reality we live may be cumbersome, but the THCF Clinic makes it smooth and clear to navigate the OMMP; more clinics like this would help bolster the OMMPs ailing reputation and enhance the attention given it by the OHA. Support the medical program and just renew. The primary reference point hasnt changed; only now we all responding to new perspectives from people with their hands in the medicine cabinet. The primary starting point remains medical; protect the quality of your medicine and remember to renew your card from kind legit folks!(I just got out of my appointment and the doctor even gave me info I didnt get from my regular doc regarding my extremely rare condition). This place called me to renew my card by the time I get back to calling them back they were now the Empower Clinic, I called and left vm and Im still trying to get ahold of them..Nobody answers the phone
