Today we called to see if they had time for a walk in for my daughter. they said yes and to come over. we get their we check in and wait over an hour. we asked the receptionist and she asked us to sit down and wait while she figures it out. after another half hour they call us up and told us to come back tomorrow.

Dr. Larkin is very compassionate and understanding. The front desk help for the dental section is wonderful and kind. I will go here anytime I need help that they can provide me.

I came into the office for a follow up visit with Deborah Young. I started to explain to her how there had been an error with medication refill and also was given an appointment to see the incorrect type of doctor. She became very defensive and stated that I should see someone else. She also continues to go on to threaten me by stopping my current medication. She was highly unprofessional, and rude. I left her office in tears feeling I had just been attacked verbally for expressing what had taken place. I have never in my 46 years been treated that way by a person who is suppose to be a medical professional.

I have taken my 3 kids to dis new location in regards of their teeth. Its super clean, the staff is friendly, and kids feel comfortable going in without hesitation...kids received a goody bag afterwards, inside the bag was a toothbrush, floss, mouthwash and a simple toy dat kept one entertain while waiting for other kids to come out...i have taken my kids to several dentist here in town, but never liked how they where treated so gave this new location a try and so far im very happy with their services.

Tooth infection size of golf ball swollen into neck. Called receptionist said,, as well as website indicated on LIVE feed that they were not busy, come down.she said Walked in not one patient in lobby. Receptionist at desk said that all their WALK-Ins were booked up until 5:30 PM the next day!! Went home checked Webste again. Same thing live feed said not busy !!!Makes me feel discriminated against. What happened to compassionate care. I recall my daughter experiencing the same treatment with the receptionists in the past. What does it take to get passed these people to a medical person who has taken an oath and will treat each person fairly ?

Terrible service the women who are in the resepcion only start gossiping among themselves and there is only one attending to the people and the line is very long, one arrives on time for their appointments and they make you miss them, but between them they are They spend it talking and they dont even tell people anything!
