My first impression, I would give 0 stars if I could. Please post the correct hours of operation on the business and website. Also, please be more respectful to those you talk too on the phone.

I love the people at WIC they are always nice and friendly. Some of their policys suck but not the ppl.in office fault.

I tried calling last week after 9AM. Never got anyone. Just rang and rang... then a voicemail. I tried calling today (a Monday) after 9AM and no one answered. Just rang and rang, then voicemail.So, I figured Id just try and go in, because no one can answer a phone, apparently.Wasted the gas I cant really afford to go in. I live in Bannock County, not Pocatello though.The woman says I have to have an appointment. I tell her I TRIED to call multiple times. She says the phones are messed up....Ok... So I have to call to make an appointment, but I cant get through because the phones are messed up. Right. Makes sense.Fix your dang phones so people dont end up making a wasted trip.Good grief.
