This place is an absolute joke. Id give this place no stars if I could. After hearing the troubles family had with this practice, Im absolutely disgusted with this place. They never answer the phone and also obviously never listen to their messages about rescheduling appointments so then you end up getting discharged from the practice because of their inability to answer their phones/ messages. Like another review, always a lag with medication refills. And again, never answers the phone so how are people supposed to get their medications refilled? Tried multiple times a week to call about prescriptions to no avail. Then this week got promises to have prescriptions sent to pharmacy all week, they never did. Just today got told by the lying office manager theyd have prescriptions sent to pharmacy TODAY, yet here it is 8pm and the pharmacy never got it. You have patients that have diabetes that NEED insulin to LIVE. They dont take you seriously and dont take getting your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy so you can live seriously. You call and call and call to have them sent and they dont. You GO there and ask to have them sent and they still dont for no reason at all! Is one of your patients going to have to DIE first for you to take it seriously? For a practice that specializes in diabetes, you fail. I dont recommend this practice to anyone who has diabetes at all. I also dont recommend it to anyone who needs their medications to live. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

One of the most efficient and well-run practices I have ever seen. I was treated quickly and with a great degree of skill and respect. The staff were kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Dr. Beach was top-notch. He took plenty of time to understand my medical history and explain my course of treatment. Ill be a patient for life at this practice!

I have been a patient of this medical facility in the town of Geneva, New York. I found the provider unable to address my concerns and at times taking guesses about my issues. I have tried reaching out to Doctor, Beach. only to be ignored. I have been treated very horrible by this facility and when I reached out to share my concerns I have received a letter that I have been discharged as a patient. Its fine with me that they no longer want me as a patient, because I do not trust this provider, and I have attempted to share my concerns but they were not interested in listening to what I had to say. I have had a very negative experience with this facility and I wished it would have been much much better, but sadly to say it wasnt. Just my experience, and I wish it was better. Instead of terminating patients who need medical care,. I always thought Doctors wanted to correct the concerns to have a great working relationship but not here. So be aware of that.

When you are a dr at this office and you have to rate it 5 stars its pretty pathetic, as Dr. Williams did. No one answers the phone 99% of the time. Ive been waiting for almost a week for them to transfer my prescriptions to a 3 month mail order supply and still nothing. For an office thats supposed to specialize in diabetes you would think that they would help get me the insulin I need to live. Sending the medicine you need to the right pharmacy and in the right dosage is like rocket science for the idiots at this office. The receptionists are rude and the office manager is a liar. I have experienced incompetence at this level.

Excellent service from everyone. Always willing to help and work with you. I recommend the service at this place for everyone.

I sat here for an hour and was rescheduled because I didnt check in. It doesnt say check in when you arrive and as I was the only person in the waiting room at 830am. Both receptionists saw me and said nothing as several people were seen. When I went up to the window to ask if I had the wrong time for my appointment I was made to feel a fool as they laughed at me for not checking in. I have anxiety and PTSD so I do not appreciate the terrible service, blatant disrespect, and inconsiderate nature of your staff beach medical. Ill check in next time and arrive early like I always do. Ill tell whatever doctor I see about this travesty and find somewhere anywhere else to go.

The entire Medical team at Beach are outstanding. The atmosphere is verypositive and I am always treated with respect and patience.

Charges for initial visit way above insurance coverage for primary visit with large out of pocket expense. Then if you dont require medical care for over a year (3 years in my case) they require initial visit again! Doctors like this are the reason insurance premiums are skyrocketing.
