This is a great office with very professional and friendly staff. Prices are fair, office is clean and I would highly recommend.

Well, for starters.. showed up early bc I worked in Plattsburgh but lived 40 min away. The receptionist made me feel pretty awful about it. Then, I had the worst experience with Casey Barcomb. He looked right at me and said “well you don’t have skin cancer now, but you will.” All while listening to the receptionist talk about how her “boyfriend never pays for meals.” Highly disappointing. Especially since the one in Vermont was wonderful! Will not return. Hope everyone has a better experience.

Clean office. Very nice receptionist and staff. I saw Casey Barcomb. He was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis, answering my questions and going over treatment and follow up. Very happy!

I started going to Four Seasons in Plattsburgh in October. The office was clean and I was seen quickly. I was seen by Casey Barcomb, the PA there. He did not properly treat me in October, and I had to go back again in November. When I did, I asked if I would have to pay for the follow up appointment because I was following up on the same condition that was not properly diagnosed. I was told by two different staff members that I would not have to. Unfortunately, I received another bill in the mail. I called and explained the situation and unfortunately Casey would not waive the fee. I will not go back to Casey, nor do I recommend going to the Plattsburgh office. I can’t speak on behalf of the Vermont location. Deb from the financial department was very helpful when communicating with her on this matter.

Had a great experience here.Clean brand new office, seen quickly and given very detailed information.For Plattsburgh, this healthcare service is top notch A+.This office is a sister office of Four Seasons Dermatology in Burlington.Have had awful experiences with other offfices in town so give it a try!!!!Will come back if ever needed again, would reccomend to a friend!
