Knowledgeable, honest, fast, friendly, fair and bottom line got the job done.I called the place who installed my AC six years ago. The tech said my condenser was out along with some other stuff which came out to 4K. I called Devard’s to get a second opinion. They said the condenser probably was fine and fixed my AC for 525. I now have a new go to AC repair company. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Our AC system went out in the heat of summer, so I called Devards because I had heard so many good things about them. Carlos and Farest came to inspect my system that same day. In our case because our system was 20 years old, the best thing to do was replace the outdoor unit. I knew I would have to do it one day. They were able to install the new unit within a couple days of my first call. The new efficient system actually lowered my electric bill and my home is much more comfortable now. I would recommend Devards to anyone in the area for the quick response time, trusted customer service, and quality professional installation!

Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your ACs out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too. Its Sunday and 90° outside. Im sick with a highly contagious virus and then my air-conditioning quits. I called Devards AC Repair and Carlos was here within the hour. I was honest about being sick and still he came, wearing PPE, and fixed my problem along with fixing another potential problem I was unaware existed. Carlos was honest, professional, fair and just and all around nice guy. Next time I need to call an AC Company, Ill call Devards and hopefully Ill get Carlos again. And hopefully I wont be sick 😷. Wow, just wow!!! Steve, Carlos and the crew have all been outstanding. When I bought my house last year, I contracted Devards to replace the 3 AC and furnace units in this house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level or professionalism and customer service provided. I have since had Carlos install ceiling fans, new outlets and the electric car charger in my garage. I couldnt be happier.I can easily say this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had in this space, and that is across four houses over 20 years.

Cant say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devards is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

Steve Harvard came out and educated me on my options in a way that was thorough yet easy to understand. Carlos and his team did a great job installing the Trane unit I purchased and hauling my old unit away. They covered my stairs with paper and were very careful as they hauled all the big pieces out of and into my attic. Super nice and polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. Id highly recommend them!
