Fantastic, went above and beyond to explain to my Father in law about the details of the different hearing aids. handled him with gentle conversations and answered my father-in-laws 1000s of questions.referred everyone I know. Best thing is Trinity is wiling to go mobile if necessary for those who have a hard time getting places. Very affordable!
