My family has been going to Dr Kaplan for years, he is extremely thorough and hes kind and compassionate. One of the few Drs I trust explicitly, prompt appointments, never keeps you waiting, wouldnt think of going anywhere else, he truly cares about his patients and their well being.

I was nervous about seeing a new doctor, but right away Dr. Kaplan made me feel at ease. He has a warm, caring, calm disposition. Hes knowledgeable, patient, and communicates well during the visit. He was thorough and I never felt rushed. He did my exam and gathered my history all while just chatting with me. This approach really helped calm my nerves and I was able to relax during my visit. The staff checking me in and helping with my EKG were friendly also. And there was no wait time! Scheduling the initial appointment and follow up appointment was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan. This was the best doctors visit Ive ever had! 😁

Never a long wait like other offices. I called this morning sick as a dog. They saw me today. He diagnosed me and prescribed medication. He does not take my insurance, yet the fee was less than going to some of those urgent facilities. I am grateful enough to take the time to give him a nice post. Thank you Dr. Kaplan!

The absolute BEST of the old fashioned Doctrrs. The most caring physician I’ve ever been to. There’s no wait , the office is personal and small and the front staff is awesome. Dr Kaplan is patient and kind and a brilliant physician. He calls you back personally and is very caring.

Dr. Kaplan is by far the most thorough, personable, and kind physician I have ever gone to. He sincerely cares about his patients, and takes his time checking in with you and explaining everything so you can understand it. His staff is also courteous and professional. Dana, who did my tests, made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and she made sure that I was taken care of in a timely fashion. Always a great experience at Dr. Kaplans.

Dr. Kaplan is exceptional. He actually runs on time, cares about treating you properly, and patiently answers any questions you have. Most doctors just want to get in and out of the room as fast as possible and prescribe you pills. Not Dr. Kaplan!

I became a patient of Dr. Kaplan when my internist retired - one of the best decisions of my life. His appointments are on-time and he spends time with his patients since he does not overbook. Answers all your questions and cares about patients. Very highly recommended if you need a PCP.

Had a visit with Dr. Kaplan and surprised to find yet another new assistant. For whatever reason they don’t seem to last there. The recent new girl is harsh, smells like smoke which was making me nauseated and on top of that has no experience. She is not a medical assistant. Not someone I want working on me. He’s a great Dr but needs a professional in his lab. This could hurt him. Girls up front have been there a long time.

Dr Kaplan is kind and caring. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and provides his patients with top notch care. He is everything that a good physician should be and so much more because he sincerely cares.

After really disliking my pcp I was happy when I switched to NYSHIP as Dr. Kaplan did not accept my prior insurance. My fiancée has been a patient for many years and has spoken highly of Dr. Kaplan. They have great hours for appts and I quickly scheduled one for a physical. The reason for the 5 stars is Dr. Kaplan! He is a sweet, caring, knowledgeable professional physician. By far the best I have ever had. I am seen each time in less than 5 minutes. The only draw back for me is the receptionists. While they are great for scheduling appts and kind when I arrive they are far from helpful when I have called asking for recommendations/referrals for specialists. I have called on three separate occasions asking for a doctor to check for sleep apnea, a foot issue and neck issue each separate call got the same response call your insurance as they had no one they could refer me too. I find this incredibly difficult to believe as I’m sure I cannot be his only patient with such issues. Even my prior pcp office which I could not stand were quite helpful with this. I have a follow up appt with Dr. Kaplan so I am curious what his response will be when I inquire. As I have medical issues to discuss with him that require specialist so I want to see what he recommends. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan.

Dr. Kaplan really listens to his patients and gives them the time necessary. Waiting time was minimal. I highly recommend this highly competent family doctor.

They are not doctor. They are here for money. They charged me lot of money and now sending me notice that if I don’t pay the money, it will go to the court. I will pay but don’t even go to him. He is here just for money. One visit $275. Are you playing with people. My insurance already paid you lot of money.

Only 2 minutes of visiting, charged me $270. I don’t have free health card but this kind of high amount of money!!!! I can’t afford his fee.
