I love this office. I never have a problem.Dr. Ingwer is the best.

Poorly run office! no respect for patients time.They canceled my appt the day before saying they did not take my insurance even though I confirmed my appt 3 weeks in advance and was told they took my insurance. They also confirmed the appt twice prior. Saw another review that stated the same thing. Need to hire professional staff!

Secretary from this group, Karen, calls me one day before my appointment (which took two weeks to get), leaving a message to tell me sorry, they made a mistake, and they dont take my insurance--theyre going to have to cancel my appointment. No offer to pay out-of-pocket, just flat out cancelled without even speaking to me, leaving me in the dust. Not recommended.
