Dr Rosenberg is really nice and very capable. I am very pleased with him. However, it was an hour before I saw anybody. Then they did testing, and I had to go back into the waiting room again. I have been there before and this has never happened so Im going to chalk it up to a fluke this time. Other than that theres plenty of parking, and its easy to get to. You are in good hands with Dr Rosenberg however.

What an excellent alternative to Dr. Alana Nattis. Her husband!Both are very knowledgeable in Ophthalmology.Theyre clean, polite, professional, thorough and a joy to be seen by in the Plainview as well as the Amityville office.Please keep up the excellent work!🙏Melissa Bostick

I was escorted to the examining room within 10 minutes of my appointment. The young lady that did the tests was very personable and professional. When Dr. Rosenberg saw me he was friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Most of all, he knew who I was and my background. The exam was done quickly and efficiently. I was recommended to Dr. Rosenberg by my previous doctor (Dr. Sales, who moved out of state). I had total confidence in him and now I feel the same about Dr. Rosenberg.

My eye doctors are great!Do not like calling my local doctors office just to be rerouted to a call center...want to be able to reach out to my doctors staff directly. dont like having to leave a callback number with and operator and not receiving a call back on the same day...do not like the new system.

Dr. Larry Berstein was highly recommended to me. He is a wonderful eye doctor, most considerate, articulate and thorough, treating everyone with full attention to the person, and their healthcare. I highly recommend him for all your eyecare needs. You too will recommend him to family and friends.

I feel like you are at a factory! No personal feeling. You deal with a call center, unorganized, takes a very long time to get anything done, does not return phone calls. Planning on leaving this practice.

I visited sight MD to See Dr Berstein. I had an overall fabulous experience. The staff was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My exam by Dr. Berstein was very thorough. Dr. Larry Berstein treated me as if I was part of his family. I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. I now know that my eyes are in good shape. Thank you

Dr. Bernstein and his staff are absolutely fantastic. Attentive, kind, thorough, and reassuring are only some of the words to describe my experience. I never doubted that I was in great hands with Dr. Bernstein. I would highly recommend him and his compassionate staff.

In spite of waiting an hour to see doctor for 10 minutes on my last visit- this is not the usual service provided. I am going to go back to early morning appts.

Can I give 10 stars? The doctors are skilled, efficient, thorough, kind, and pleasant, same to be said of the technicians and the office staff. Also, they have done a great job with implementing safety protocols for their patients and staff.

The wait time was very fast and smooth. In addition, the staff is AMAZING (especially Mary, Jackie, Christina, Carol, Lauren, & Dr. Rosenberg). They made me feel very comfortable - coming from a person with social anxiety. Definitely my go to sightMD office from now on!

I have a inherited cornea disease and have had both corneas replaced. I was recommended by a cornea expert that left NYC area last summer to start seeing Dr. Eric Rosenberg.I have never had a more open, informative and most importantly, Doctor with expertise, than I now do with Dr. Rosenberg. He specializes in a cornea transplant procedure, called DMEK, but more importantly, takes the time to really get to know you and listen to your questions and concerns. With medical care today, that is a rare combination due to insurance practices forcing Doctors and staff to run on a treadmill.I have seen Dr. Rosenberg 3 times in the past 6 months and each time, I cannot say enough to my friends and family , THAT THIS is how patients should be treated.PS- The staff in Plainview is also above and beyond nice and courteous and professional. Again, the entire experience here is off the charts -GREAT

I had 2 cataract surgeries done there recently. Both Doctors Berstein and Rosenberg were wonderful. The staff there Carol and Christina were very helpful and professional. Lauren was exceptionally helpful in her scheduling my changing monthly eyedrop schedule. She was very patient and carefully explained it to me.
