There isnt a better place to go axe throwing. The owners are warm, kind people who care about their guests and want to make sure that the patrons are having a great time. I have been going to this place for years. This is a great option for social distancing fun! Do it! Its super budget friendly and the people are amazing! They will help you if you want help or let you do your own thing if you just want to throw without feeling like your being babysat. They can give you tips and help you with your form if your interested or leave you to play if you prefer that. Its the perfect combination of being interested in their patrons without hovering and they are just really warm welcoming people. Not to mention, occasionally we go over our scheduled time but they dont rush you or make you feel like your abusing a privilege. These are legit good people who just want you to have fun. If you are on the fence you need to go, you wont regret it.

I was apprehensive at first, but it was only because I couldnt use two hands to throw the axe. Once I figured out that I could throw with one hand though, I couldnt stop throwing! We had an AMAZING instructor. He was patient, informative and we could tell he loves what he does. Love the place. Super cool environment, very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Found a new hobby!! 😊😊🤗

It was ok for first time. Seem like with nothing else to do(BYOF) it goes quick.

We went for a double date hoping for something new and fun to do and we were not disappointed! I walked in a bit nervous because well axe throwing sounds scary! But the staff was friendly and immediately put us at ease. We were walked through how it works and taught a few different games to play. The man helping us was very patient and an excellent teacher. I was initially awful and couldnt even get the axe to stick let alone hit the target. But he good naturedly gave me some tips and quickly had me actually hitting the target! We had so much fun and will definitely be recommending this place

My wife and I genuinely love this place! We’ve been to several ax throwing places but this one is our favorite. The staff is super cool and aren’t just teaching you how to throw, they’re hanging out with you and showing you all the different games you can play. Owner is awesome and reasonably priced. If you go there ask to have Pearce as your instructor, we are a big fan of that guy!

This place was really fun. The staff was very helpful and taught us how to throw as well as how to play several different competitive games. Weve never done this before, but it could easily become our new hobby.

Me and my wife came here for our Bachelorette party! Noone in our party had ever gone before, we all loved it! First let me start by saying we made a reservation for 8 people and 10 ended up showing up and they still accommodated us ooh and we where late, by 15 mins and they still took us! They where super fun and friendly. I loved how interactive they where with us and showed us how to throw and had us play games. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This place was great. Very clean and only was going to get info and they offered us a deal we could not refuse considering they were closing shortly. It was fun and would like to go again just to support them with their wonderful hospitality. Thank you Axe throwing for making the night even better.

Had a blast with my husband & coworkers! We work in Plainfield so we wanted to support local! Enjoyed the music, atmosphere, and set up! We had a really cool guy on staff that critiqued our first few throws, and also jumped in and played some games with us! Made it a fun experience. Cool vibes all around. Enough lanes for lots of groups to play... or throw I guess is the technical word! Id recommend calling before just showing up, so you can make sure a slot is open, since lots of big groups go here! Id also recommend bringing your own water in too bc you have the lane for an hour! Enjoy!

This was my first time Axe throwing and Axe Factor greatly exceeded my expectations. There is an employee who comes around and helps you understand how to throw and make slight corrections. So, if you are new, dont be intimidated, youll be coached on what to do.

Had a wonderful experience here. Had 20 people in my party, for my birthday. They were so accommodating. Staff was very friendly and great axe teachers. Really felt like they took their time with everyone, to make sure we got it right. Had axe size variety, and fun games we played. I will definitely be back. It was so much fun!!!! TL;DR- If youre in the area, and want to throw axes, this is the place to do it.Well located, next to a number of restaurants and bars, axefactor feels like a lounge that has axe throwing, rather than some axe throwing lanes that may (or may not) have anywhere to congregate.The lanes, themselves, are clean and well maintained, and the axes are in FANTASTIC shape. They use actual throwing axes with well maintained handles, again a big difference from other places that Ive been to.As for the owners of the place? Well, the fact that the proprietor of Axefactor, himself, spent 20+minutes helping my date figure out how to throw an axe, then spent the rest of the time making pleasant small talk speaks volumes.

Awesome time! You have to try this out. We had a small school teacher outing on our day off with a group of 10. We played lots of different games and mixed up the teams a lot. Super nice staff and I would love to go back again soon with my family! Lots of fun!

I brought my 14 year old and it was our first time axe throwing. We had a blast, the people were nice. We were both hitting bullseyes quickly thanks to Dale and his helpful staff. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great place for axe throwing. Lot of lanes, decent amount of space for downtime. Spacious, well designed, and good people. Had a nice conversation with the owners about the business, the sport itself, and whats next. Lot of passion for the business, and definitely a good place to throw.

Alot of fun! This was a new experience for me. The girl who trained us was wonderful! She also stayed with us and scored games for us. I would highly recommend this as a night out for fun.

Really spacious and well designed facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a quick tour, and the party room looks amazing. This was our first time throwing axes, and will definitely be back.

Went with a group. The team there does an excellent job with teaching, safety and fun. So much fun, I went back with my family and my daughter went again with her boyfriend. Only draw back is the lack of food service. You can bring it in or oder from the pub a couple doors down. We should all throw axes.
