Dr. Eccles is wonderful dentist and compassionate about his patients. His service along with his staff are 5 star. I recently had a emergency visit and within an hour I was successfully treated and released.

Once again I arrived a little early and had a short wait after a friendly welcome from Linda. Shortly thereafter I was taken to the back where Dr Eccles filled a small cavity in his usual professional manner and boom …. I was finished and leaving in no time at all. This is my normal at this office … friendly, courteous, and professional staff with great service

The staff is very friendly and professional. I love how it reminds me of the dentist office i went to as a child. If you need novocaine, they use a machine that you honestly cant even tell that its being injected. They dont just plop you in a chair in front of a tv and treat you like a nobody. Calming pictures nailed to the ceiling and a good conversation is what you get instead. Definitely love this place and recommend.

I am currently looking for a new dentist since the office that I used to visit close permanently. The energy was off from beginning when I called to make an appointment. I was impressed with the online reviews so I decided to book. Initially I visited the website to make an appointment earlier in the morning and didnt receive a call back until later in the afternoon. I called back and it seemed as the receptionists energy was off and she was trying to come up with every excuse not to see me or accept me as a new patient. I can tell when people do not want to business with you and her tone was not warm and welcoming. I already have my skepticism about Plainfield and I do not feel comfortable putting my health in the hands of people who give off those types of vibes

My experience with Julie was the best I’ve had with a routine cleaning. Some offices I have been to have hygienists that rush through the cleaning and carelessly scrape and dig into your gums. Julie took her time, cared about spots in my mouth that were more sensitive than others, and put me at ease throughout. Thank you again, Julie. If I were not moving out of the state I wouldn’t see anyone else!

Love this place. They are very good at what they do and they are very friendly, positive and efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure all covid restrictions are in place. They have the latest technology and my hygenist takes the time to really get my teeth clean. Linda makes sure my services are covered by my Medicare plan. I will definitely go back. I recommend them highly. Superb!

Dr. Eccles has been my dentist since I was at least 4 years old and Im currently 21. He and his staff are always very kind, very patient, and very receptive to any concerns or discomfort you may be experiencing. The rooms are complete with cute photos and a couple with clocks that have a swinging hand brushing a characters teeth. I watched those clocks as a kid while I was waiting for my fluoride treatment to be over and it really helped a lot. Dr. Eccles always has music playing and is always either humming or singing. If you have kids, bring them here. If youre afraid of the dentist, come here. Could never recommend this office enough. I will go here until Dr. Eccles retires 😂

I had lost a filling and dont have dental insurance. It was the most stress free and comfortable dental experience Ive ever had. Everyone was welcoming in the relaxed atmosphere. The Wand was painless and so targeted that I didnt have numbness issues afterwards. The fees were very reasonable and less than what I had anticipated. I highly recommend Dr Eccles.
