She is very easy to talk to, and she takes the time to listen to her clients and family members. Guzal has such a warm and caring heart. She is truly one of a kind. This company is excellent. They provided care for my Grandmother, Julia for the past 6 years. The staff is always helpful, understanding, and kind. My family and I are always in the loop with her health, and overall mood. Its the little things that count and show that they really care. When it comes to home care, this is the best you can get. Our family is very grateful to ComForCare for taking care of our 96 years Mom with severe Dementia 24 hrs a day for the past 10 years.They have all great caregivers, and especially one by the name Valya. During Covid 19 our Mom’s senior facility building was on lockdown, no visitors allowed.As soon as Covid 19 started,Valya moved into Mom’s apartment, to prevent her from catching Covid virus and left her husband at their own house. She was on lockdown with mom for over 7 month till the last day of Mom’s life. During this 7 month Mom had a stroke and was bed ridden.Valya was her caregiver and a nurse at same time.She cooked, fed her as a baby, administered mom’s medications, did massages to prevent bed soars, did laundry and kept appointment clean. She was daily and hourly updating us on her condition and texted us photos taken with her phone.She did for our Mom, more, then Mom’s own kids could’ve done! That is what kind of people the ComFor Care hires!Anna (the owner of the agency) and your staff, thank you for all your help!A+++!

Not good to their worker..in fact didnt give a employee their last pay and keeps asking employees to sign a paper to deny health care... Very deceptive..

My lifelong friend Deborah S. was taken care of by Comforcare staff in the final stages of Endometrial cancer.They provided 16 hour a day care with staff named Alicia, Ebony,Cheryl and Terry they fed her,cleaned her,comforted her,and even cleaned apartment.They kept me informed about her condition, logged her condition for other staff and even brought takeout at their own expense for a special meal.Anna the owner arranged all of this very quickly to transfer Debbie from another company that was not giving her proper care.Jennifer her secretary was also very helpful in keeping things running smoothly.In this very difficult time it was a pleasure dealing with these professionals to guide us.When she passed they sent a beautiful sympathy card.

Comforcare is a great company that takes pride in taking great care of its clients. Its also a great place to work with everyone getting proper training and testing before they start working.Their caretakers truly take care of everything everytime!

I am most grateful and appreciative for the miraculous work Ms. Zaydenberg and her agency have been doing to make my mothers life meaningful, enjoyable and, even more important, happy and actually possible. In my strongest opinion, if not for Ms. Zaydenberg personally and her most wonderful staff, by now my mother would not be able to enjoy her life and would, most likely, be in a vegetative state if alive at all.To fully explain the depth of my gratitude, I have to describe my situation. Until last year my mother had been an almost fully-functional senior adult who was able to live independently. One unfortunate night she suffered a fall, and, while she did not seem to had broken anything, over the next few days she started to decline cognitively and ended up in the hospital.When my mother was discharged from the hospital, I took her to one of better rehabilitation facilities in Pittsburgh. Then, over the next few weeks, I learned enough about elderly care that I can probably write a book now. While I encountered many wonderful and caring individuals at both the hospital and the rehabilitation center, I also formed a strong opinion about what is very wrong with the elderly care provided through rehabilitation centers and nursing homes. As everyone knows, elderly care is exceptionally expensive, however, the money does not buy personal comfort,the human warmth and staffs individual attention to the elderly person. Whats worse, while visiting my mother at the rehab, I realized that, for practically every single patient, the amount of attention the aids normally pay to such individuals is inversely proportional to patients ability to communicate with the staff. As persons cognitive abilities decline, most people stop treating such an individual as a human being, such patients are allowed no dignity. I was shocked to discover that the less capable a patient becomes at explaining him or herself, the less care he or she would receive.I am very grateful to Ms. Zaydenberg and her staff for being exactly the opposite of what I described just above, for saving my mother from misery and for all their help beyond what I could have reasonably expected from anybody. Even before this unfortunate incident with my mother I knew about ComForcare Senior Services on Murray Ave. in Squirrell Hill, however, as my mother lives outside of their nominal service area, I did not think that they would take her case. I am very fortunate that when we called ComForcare, upon hearing our circumstances, they took an active role helping us along the way with everything and anything. Many a time Ms. Zaydenberg was on the phone with me helping me understand the best ways of caring for my mother and for navigating the very complex elderly care support system. I am very grateful to the agency for providing the most wonderful staff to care for my mother.I would like to say a few more words about ComForcare personnel and staff, these absolutely fantastic individuals who are making my mothers life happy and meaningful every day. In my strongest opinion, Ms. Zaydenbergs agency, her style of running it, the quality of staff and her talent in identifying such people are the key to overhauling the elderly care system. The people Ms. Zaydenberg hires to care for elderly individuals in my mothers condition are unique and precious. These are not the kind of people one would be able to find to work for minimum wage. These are very capable and intelligent individuals whose qualities exceed and reach far beyond what one would normally expect from an aid at a rehab. To paraphrase the now-famous slogan, the people who make America great are those such as Ms. Zaydenbergs ComForcare staff and herself.There is no way I can repay these wonderful people for how much they have done for my mother and me. No money equivalent exists for repaying such debts, all I can do here is to express my deepest appreciation, respect, and the most heartfelt gratitude for everything they have done for us.
